Kazumi Uchiha vs Keiichi Takeo

(Kazumi's P.O.V.)

It's almost time. Tomorrow is the day I face Keiichi Takeo for the final part of the chunin exams, as I prove myself worthy of being a chuunin. A couple months have gone by since I trained for the final chunin exam, Akira sensei hasn't been very late past the first week but she keeps me at the training field from 7 in the morning until almost 2 in the morning helping me perfect my jutsus and learn new skills. She'll keep me at the training field for a week for something I already knew how to do.

She's a perfectionist, but sometimes even she gets a little mixed up. But I will admit her training has made my jutsus easier to perform not being so rushed and sloppy and made my chakra itself even stronger. I haven't been taken hostage as her shopping prisoner, but she does keep bothering me about how I need to update my look further. After a few weeks I even got my katana back with the new chains added at the hilt so I don't use any more chakra on chakra strings even though they are effective the chains still work good for me. Today is the final day I can train with Akira sensei before the chunin exams and I am determined to get in as much training as possible despite the face I'm fatigued with all the training she already has me doing, I barely have enough time to say hello to my friends let alone get any good sleep.

The streets were busy people going everywhere, I was passing aside people as I went but I feel someone bump into me. I was in no way shape or form in any mood to interact with people right now, I was too tired and I was in a rush if I wanted to get any more practice in, Akira sensei asked me to meet her at Ichiraku's ramen shop for lunch with her saying she had important things to talk to me about. Straightening my back I start to walk away but I feel a hand on my shoulder making me turn around and come face to face with Sakura and Naruto
"Hey, Kazumi! We haven't seen you in a while huh? It feels like it's been so long. No one's really seen you since you woke up. I guess that new sensei is really taking up your time huh?" Naruto asks in a happy voice
"Well, in all fairness it's been a while since we've gotten to be with anyone besides our senseis huh? We haven't even seen Sasuke since a couple of weeks ago haven't we?" counters Sakura but I'm not paying much attention to them after that and start to walk away
"W-What? Hey! Where ya goin?!" calls out Naruto behind me trying to keep up with my pace
"Naruto, maybe we should leave her alone" suggests Sakura, I couldn't agree more with her on this case. I'm happy to see them after a while with no one to talk to besides Akira sensei but today was not the day I wanted to talk to anyone.
"Wait a minute" Naruto says walking right in front of me making me stop and jerk my head back when he shoved his face near mine.
"Woah! What happened to you? You have all kinds of bags under your eyes and it doesn't look like you've even slept in a week or two" Naruto says, having heard that Sakura comes to his side and examines me carefully
"Naruto's right. You should take some time and maybe get some sleep" she says with sympathy in her voice which I ignore and walk right past them finally arriving at Ichiraku's ramen shop taking a seat.
"Awesome! I could totally go for some ramen right about now" Naruto says loudly sliding into the chair right next to me and Sakura sitting next to Naruto
"Hey old man! A bowl of Beef ramen for me!" he calls to the chef in the back
"Sure thing Naruto"
"One chicken bowl for me please sir" calls out Sakura next
"Sure thing Sakura"
".........."
"Kazumi?"
"Beef please" I say after a few seconds
"Got it" he calls out. Naruto takes that time and tries to start up a conversation but I'm ignoring him trying to calm my oncoming headache
"Kazumi? You ok? You aren't usually this quiet, well you're quiet anyway but you haven't answered anything I've been saying" he complains but quickly shuts up when his ramen bowl is presented in front of him. I grab my own chopsticks and at the same time we say
"Itadakimasu" taking the first slurp of the ramen taking in all the flavors at once. About half way through my bowl a voice comes behind us
"Hey forehead" calls an annoying voice. Ino
"Why did you have to drag me along with you? This is such a drag" Shikamaru says in his usual bored voice
"Why are you complaining? Aren't you hungry?" asks Choji
"No, you're just always hungry" he says back
"So Sasuke isn't with you? I don't blame him for not wanting to be next to YOU" Ino annoyingly says seated next to Sakura
"Man, I'm never gonna understand girls. They're too complicated" Shikamaru complains
"I'm so hungry! I can't wait to eat" Choji says desperation in his voice
"Yeah fatty" Kiba says
"What?!"
"Well, I-I'm sure he d-doesn't mean it" Hinata shyly speaks up
"Hm" Shino grunts
"I challenge you to an eating contest Choji! Whoever wins pays ramen for everyone" Naruto challenges
"Sure! I hope you have enough money!" he says. They are getting so loud.
'Thump thump thump thump thump' my brain pounds in my skull. Why won't they shut up? They're too loud and my headache is only making things worse.
"Shut up billboard brow!"
"Ino-pig!"
"You cheated!"
"Nuh-uh! I was following the rules!"
"What a drag"
"Stay away from my Sasuke!"
"YOUR Sasuke?!"
"No clones!"
"Why not? There weren't any rules to follow!"
"Shut up!"
"W-what's wrong Naruto?"
"Watch it!"
"Keep away from me!"
"Hm"
"Akamaru, don't wander off!"
"SASUKE IS MINE!"
"NO! SASUKE IS MINE!"
"THAT'S CHEATING!"
"NO IT'S NOT!"
"HEY! KEEP OUT OF MY RAMEN!"
"DON'T TALK TO AKAMARU LIKE THAT!"
"MAKE ME!"
"SURE THING!"

'THUMP THUMP THUMP THUMP THUMP THUMP THUMP THUMP' Shut up! Keep it down! I'm getting an even bigger headache. How is the shop owner dealing with this? I take a closer look and he has a smile on his face busy doing his own work...with earplugs. Lucky.
"KAZUMI! SASUKE IS MINE RIGHT?!"
"NO, HE'S MINE!"
"KAZUMI! I TOTALLY WON THAT RIGHT?!"
"KAZUMI! IS NARUTO NOT CHEATING BY USING CLONES?!"
"KAZUMI! AKAMARU CAN EAT ALL HE WANTS RIGHT?!"
"HE'S NOT BEING FAIR IS HE KAZUMI?!"
"KAZUMI!"
"KAZUMI!"
"KAZUMI!"
"KAZUMI!"
"KAZUMIIII!!" This was. The. Last. Straw. I turn around making everyone stop and look at me. Taking all my rage I glare at all of them

"Shut up" I say with venom in my voice and they look surprised at first but then look scared and start apologizing
"We're sorry, we'll be quiet now" they say nervously
"And here I was thinking no one was going to shut them up" someone in the crowd says
"That's good, the Hokage most likely heard them from here" another person says
"I-I think someone's calling me" Sakura says backing away
"I-I'll go with you, Sakura" Naruto says going with her
"Me too"
"Me too"
"Me too" and they all run away in the other direction as I sigh in annoyance
"Heyya newby!" Akira sensei calls right behind me making me growl in my throat glaring at her
"H-Hey, don't you go getting mad with me Uchiha. I'm not late today" she grins in triumph
"I disagree, you're about 20 minutes late" I say taking the last slurp of my ramen
"Close enough" she shrugs sitting down next to me
"Ok, so tomorrow is the chunin exams right?" she questions
"Yes" I reply in a monotone voice
"Well, for one you should probably get some sleep. Looks to me like you haven't slept in a good week or so" she says oblivious to the fact I'm glaring daggers at her
"But I wanted to tell you something before you had to go. I'm not good with a lot of cheesy mushy crap so I'm just gonna say it. There is a chance that you could get your ass kicked and not make it. Despite what you've dealt with we have no idea who your challenger is or what the hell he does for his jutsus so be careful. I've taught you mostly on how to perfect jutsus you already know and we've both come up with new jutsus that suit you from what you say is your jutsu type and even something out of your comfort zone. I know what happened with that Orochimaru dude and I'm pretty sure that would mess me up pretty bad but even the last time when you could control yourself and overpower him you have to be careful and please for the love of Kami don't use that jutsu that almost killed a lot of people, despite how powerful you've become there are some things out of your control that you don't know what'll happen. You're a true Uchiha, and I'm pretty sure wherever your parents and family are now they should be proud of you" she says and I mentally flinch
'Itachi' I think, I doubt he's very proud of me but I'm going to save him from his darkness and from Sasuke. The thing that he probably thinks of every once in a while.
'Where are you now? Are you ever coming back home?' I think again
"But if worse comes to worse, we'll stop the fight before something bad happens to ya. I doubt he's going to kill you but ya never know with dudes. Anyway, good luck and don't die in the first 10 minutes alright?" she grins at me making me sweat drop
"Alright, now you go home and get some rest. I doubt you need to train any more. You look like you're ready for tomorrow minus the bags under your eyes. And don't even think about trying to sneak out to train some more, I told Sasuke if he doesn't find you at home in the next 20 minutes he's going on a search and drag your butt back home and watch you until you go to sleep" she says pointing an accusing finger at me
"That's comforting" I say staring back at her
"It's not my fault you haven't been getting enough sleep...oh wait. It kinda is huh?" she said finally acknowledging my glare in her direction
