Shadow and Knuckles were opening door after door! And nothing showed any sign of Sonic being in any room. But the door that was locked... that has to be where Scourge is keeping Sonic! When Shadow tried to kick the door down ... it didn't budge... Shadow hurt his right arm pretty bad. The door was solid Steel! How where they going to bust the door down!
"Shadow.. let me try," Knuckles said, putting on hand on the azure's hedgehogs shoulder, walking to the giant metal door. With that being said; Knuckles put on his metal gloves and was ready to give the door a good-ol-fashioned punch till Shadow stops him. "You really think you can bust down the door with those?" He asked, thinking that his friend wouldn't be able to break the door. "Please, Shadow with these baby's I'm able to break anything! Even The most strongest metals in the world...So let me do my job... Stand back!" Knuckles yelled, pulling back his right arm ready to aim. The red echidna punched the door dead center.
The door flew back and hit the back in the small room. There was no one there! Not a soul in sight... "Where are they? This isn't right... something's... off..."
Knuckles looked out the left window of the small room.. he saw two small figures in the distance. He could that one of them was forcing the other to mount the horse with a bag over his head.... He thought for a moment... then he realized.. it was Scourge and Sonic! He was forcing him to leave! Knuckles had to tell Shadow!
"Shadow! Look out here!"Knuckles said, pointing down at the two figures. The azure hedgehog looked where he was pointing and he saw Scourge and Sonic! "That's them! We need to move now! But how will we catch them in time!?" He exclaimed. "We could jump out the window... but that would be a risky we could break our ankles from this height!"Knuckles yelled, worrying about their well being. "We have no choice... If we don't take the risk then we won't catch them in time! so let's go!"Shadow yelled, jumping out of the window. Knuckles sighed and followed shortly afterward. Shadow landed without a hitch, landing on both feet perfectly... Knuckles land to his right, both nodding to each other in agreement.
They both started running towards Green and blue hedgehogs. They screeched to a stop, and Shadow pulled out his gun and filled it with bullets.Knuckles did the same. The ebony Hedgehog aimed towards scourges head.
"Scourge!"
