Hidden away

-Chris's POV-

It was 11 at night and we were walking up the driveway to the front door,
Crissy's hand in Emily's,
I smiled at the sight,
"You wanna go sleep Christa darling?" Asked Emily,
I rumbled through the keys unlocking the door.
"Not really"
"I have an idea" I grinned,
"What?"
"Honey, when was the last time we used the swimming pool in the back yard?"
"Are you crazy Chris?! It's way past her bedtime"
"Yeah yeah like we are gonna be those kind of parents"
I said as we all walked in,
Emily kissed me on the lips,
"Well what do you want to do crystal"
"I'd love to"
I smiled,
Emily rolled her eyes in defeat.
"Well you get changed, we will meet you outside"
Crystal went to go get changed and me and Emily walked into out bedroom.
Emily was tense and it worried me.
"Hey what's wrong you okay"
"I dint wanna go swimming"
"Oh baby it's fine, your body is fine the shape it is"
"No it's not that Chris, you know why"
She stood in front of the tall mirror taking off her jeans and shirt showing me her scars that coated her arms and legs.
I sighed standing behind her and ran her hands through her hair making her head tilt back.
"I can't let her see them, not yet, we aren't even that close"
"But that will change right?" I smiled
"Yeah but you guys have bonded so easily I just.. I'm a terrible mother"
"Why do you think that?"
"I feel like she hates me or just doesn't wanna talk"
I kissed her neck softly as she sighed in relief
"You should think like that, your a perfect mum and I know it and crissy does too"
"Alright"
I got changed into some shorts and took off my shirt,
Emily changed into her bathing suit and wrapped herself in a long cardigan covering herself up.
I grinned creeping up on her,
"You could wear all the robes in the world but nothing could cover up that fine ass" I chuckled grabbing her sides.
"Oh you flirt" she smiled kissing me deeply,
I walked back laying on the bed,
She grinned as she rolled her hips against me,
Only once to tease me.
" come one let's get down there"
I laughed and we headed downstairs,
Crissy was in her swim suit with a hoodie over the top,
"you not wanting to take it off?" I asked
"It's cold" she shrugged.
I nodded and we headed outside,

I took the cover off the pool and set up the diving board.
"Your seriously not gonna dive are you," laughed Emily.
I shuffled my eyebrows and strutted to the ladder.
"Watch this Christa, he is a absolute idiot" laughed Emily,
I got to the top,
I gave myself a run up and did a cart wheel on the board and then dived into the pool.
A smack could be heard as I landed flat on my stomach against the water.
I let out a high pitch squeal and my two girls giggled from the side of the pool,
I chuckled and grabbed Christa bringing her into the cold water.
I put her on my shoulders and splashed about.
We both laughed and messed around.
"He he come on mummy" laughed crissy,
Emily looked touched that she was called mummy,
She got in, not taking her cardigan off,
We all splashed around and swum about,

It was quarter to midnight and crissy was tired.
"Hey I'm gonna go inside now"
"You want me to come with you?" Asked Emily,
"It's okay you guys can stay out" she smiled
We both nodded and Emily snuggled into my side,
I put my arms round her and kissed her cheek.
"remember when we first bought this place we drove with all our things ready to in pack but all you wanted to do was swim" smiled Emily.
"Like it was yesterday"
"Yep"
"I love you" i said.
"Love you to Chris"
Her engagement ring glistened in the water from the moonlight.
"My dream is for you to walk down the isle to me"
Emily smiled,
"Me too"
"I promise you baby, by the end of this year we will be married for real"
"It doesn't matter if we are married or not as long as I have you" she smiled
We kissed passionately,
"Let's get inside huh?"
"Yeah I might take a shower" I yawned
"Alright"
"Care to join?" I grinned
"What kind of a question is that"
