Unexpected

Christmas Kisses

Ariana's POV

   I woke up and saw on my phone that I had a bunch of texts and voicemails from Jai. I didn't respond to them, I wasn't really in the mood, I was still kinda mad at him. I had to get ready to leave because I had to go do interviews. I put on a white skirt, a pink crop top, white heels, and I put my hair in my usual half up half down style. I did my makeup and then got in the car for the driver to take me.

   I was in a nice looking building with a bunch of reporters in the next room, waiting for me. These kinds of things always make me a little nervous. The thought that I could say one bad thing and start up SOOO much drama just freaks me out.

   I did about 12 interviews, for media tv shows, blogs, magazines, etc. and it's been about two hours, the day has barely started and i'm already exhausted. The last reporter was coming in with his camera crew, and I was just happy it was the last one.

   "So, Ariana, how are you?" The reporter asked.

   "I'm good, a little tired. but good" I smiled.

   "Right, you've really busy haven't you?" He asked.

   "Yeah" I said.

   "You've been recording Christmas songs, performing, doing interviews, and you had a busy night last night as well, huh?" He asked.

   "Yup" I said, thinking back to last night and I grimaced, but then I remembered I was in camera.

   "You went on a date with Jai last night, correct?" He asked.

   "Yes I did" I said.

   "What's the story there? Are you two back together?" He asked.

   "We were on a date weren't we?" I giggled.

   "Well that's just great" He said.

   "Yeah" I said.

   "And how does Jai feel about your fling with a Mr. Harry Styles" He asked, and I got wide-eyed.

   "I never had a fling with Harry" I told him.

   "My bad, I just assumed since you two were seen together a lot in New York..." He said.

   "Yeah, no, we just hung out" I explained.

   "That's good, considering how much of a ladies' man he is" He laughed, I didn't.

   "What?" I asked, slightly annoyed.

   "Well, I mean, he's seen with a lot of women. We wouldn't want a nice girl like you to be used by him like the other girls" He laughed again, like this was some funny joke.

   "Well, honestly, he's not what the media and people like you make him out to be. He's actually a really nice guy, actually, he's probably the nicest guy I've ever met. He's also the biggest gentleman I've ever met, and he doesn't use girls, he's just trying to find the right one, and that means he has to try a few times. He would also never insult anyone who he's never met" I said.

   It was silent for a minute, then he finally decided to say something, "Well....Ummm....So how does Jai feel about your guy's friendship?" He asked.

   "He's fine with it, now can we please talk about something else?" I asked.

   "Sure, so you're album...."

Harry's POV

    We were still in L.A. for interviews, commercial filming, and were performing on various shows. We're going to leave in a day to go home for Christmas. Even though my mum and sister were going to be in two completely different places for the holidays. Nick invited me to his holiday party, so I was going there.
