We Seemed Like A Good Idea

Ariana's POV

        Jai into the house, I swear I could almost see steam coming out of his ears. Though I was terrified of what was going to happen in the next five minutes, we needed to talk about where we were going to go from here. It was a miracle I was even able to get him to come back here.

        "So, are we gonna talk or did I come here for nothing?" Jai asked, sitting down.

        I sat down on the chair across from him, "I don't think we should just continue not talking to each other. We should at least discuss what happened."

        "Bullshit" He mumbled.

        "Excuse me?" I said.

      "I said it's bullshit, I'm not the one who cheated, I'm not the one who needs to be explaining or talking about shit." He hissed.

        "What do you want me to say?" I asked.

       "I don't know, I want an explaination and a reason why you for whatever reason think that this can so easily be fixed- Oh right, that's probably because you're the cheater not the cheat-ee" He snapped.

      "I don't think all this 'can so easily be fixed', I just want to talk about it, I mean if we're broken up I'd like to know" I replied.

        "Whether we're together or not is your decision, but I think you already decided that night. Where is he by the way, I'd think he would've moved in at this point." Jai said.

        "I talked to him the morning after Valentine's Day, he's not here" I explained.

     "Ariana, I think that unless you can think of a reason why I should just ignore this then go right ahead, i'm all ears" He fumed.

        "I-I-I don't-" I started, then paused.

        "That's what I thought. I'll be leaving now" He stated, getting up and heading out the door.

        As I watched walk out and slam the door, my eyes filled with tears, until I couldn't hold it in anymore and started bawling. All by myself.

*The Morning After Valentine's Day*

        "Jai, we're not done yet!" I shouted trying to stop him as he opened the door.

        "Yes, we are" He said, walking outside but stopping.

        "Oh, God" I mumbled.

        "Well, isn't this just fucking perfect! Looks like you have someone to talk to instead of me!" Jai said, staring down Harry.

        "Listen bro, I just wanted to make sure Ariana was okay" He said, turning to face me, "You wouldn't return any of my calls, I got worried"

        "Thanks, but I'm fine" I told him, "Jai, don't leave"

        "You'll be fine, you've got Harry. He's better than me anyway, right?" Jai said, walking away.

        "JAI DON'T-" I shouted.

        "NO, ARIANA, I'M DONE!" Jai said, walking to his car.

        "Are you okay?" Harry asked.

        "No" I mumbled.

        I watched Jai get into his car angrily, and leave.

        I turned to Harry, "Hi" I sighed.

        "Hey... Are you really okay?" He asked.
