My friends would be coming in from the airport tomorrow.I had begged and begged some more, and I was granted permission to invite them. I had called them and tried to explain the crazy situation to the best of my ability, and they said they would try to come. I tidied my room and scheduled a limo for tomorrow.
I hadn't seen my mom and dad since the ball, and looked forward to seeing them again. Adam and Leopold were watching T.V downstairs.
After a few hours of ballroom dancing with Melissa and James, I fell into the bed with my aching legs. The next day I woke up with sore muscles. Who knew dancing was so difficult.
Rooms had been prepared for them, and I had yet to make plans of what to do with them when they came. I wore a simple blue knee length dress, and put my hair in a knot.
The limo arrived after breakfast. They all came out of the car, looking at the castle in awe.
I ran out to hug all of them. I couldn't explain in words how much I had missed them.
Alfie ran out and hugged me. Justin slapped me on the back, and Julia smiled.
Yes! It was them. I didn't realize how much I had missed them, until they came. I started walking towards the castle, and they followed me. They awed at the sight of the castle.
Our castle was very old, but it was very big. It was situated on a cliff, with a view of the town below. I still couldn't believe it.
They were finally here.
"So how has it been? Being a princess?"Julia finally asked.
"Well, it certainly hasn't been boring. I've been having dance lessons to ready me for upcoming balls and I've already met other royals at the feast they held to welcome me back." I replied looking at them once again.
"And how has it been without me?" I asked them.
"Horrible! Math has never been so confusing." Alfie said.
"I don't have anyone to tutor, and now I'm the only girl in this group!" Julia complained while laughing.
"I don't have my favorite football fanatic to watch games with me." Justin said sadly.
"Awww guys, I'm sorry. But, we do have this week together. Let's make the best of it!" I said confidently.
Bunny ^ Cute bunny. Such a cute bunny. I want a bunny.
