Epilogue:
Many days past with tears and haunting memories, Jeremy’s funeral was the following week and Carrie was more than willing to be there. The class came to Jeremy’s funeral and was sure to tell Carrie what a great man he was and how it wasn’t her fault. It was a very sad day for Carrie, her family, the class, and Jeremy’s parents. Carrie though many times about ending it all, but something made her think again. She eventually graduated highschool with her graduating class. Jeremy’s sister, Becca, went to the University of Limerick with Carrie. They both went into the same profession, psychology. They started their own business to help people with their grieving for young deaths. Carrie always felt Jeremy’s spirit with her, and she always thought about him. As for Becca, she became very close friends with Carrie. Soon after Carrie got her life together, she adopted a young boy named Brice. She took Brice out of the foster homes and gave him a place he could call home. Once she adopted Brice, Carrie could her Jeremy’s voice, “You’ve done good for yourself Care-Bear.” The presence of Jeremy made Carrie happy. Her mother stopped grieving from an empty nest when she became a grandmother. Everything came together, Carrie no longer heard anything from Samantha, and Corey, her soon to be husband, was starting a business of his own. Corey worked with art and psychology and how they tie together. orey had an exhibit in the famous Art Museum of Ireland. Apparently Jeremy was right, if you sacrifice everything you have, you do end up with a happy ending.
