You and Adam said sorry to each other. He knew it was stupid to make such assumptions like that. You both watched movies and just played with every equipment in the hospital room.
Adam: Hey, y/n, what do you guys use this shit for? Do you cut people's hair off?

You both soon fell asleep. You slept on the bed while Adam slept on the chair beside you, with his head resting on the bed.

You both woke up at 10am. You got dressed and waited for the doctor. You were both messing about until she came in.
Doctor: Hello, I'm Doctor Simone, I'm from the maternity ward. Your results have just come in. Please take a seat.
Adam: Sorry, doctor, you're from the maternity ward?
Doctor: Yes, I've come to congratulate you because you both are going to be parents. Your wife is pregnant.

Doctor: Before you get pregnant, your bood vessels can tend to tighten up, which causes fainting.
You: So....how many weeks?
Doctor: Not more than 1 week for sure.

Doctor: *chuckles* Yes don't worry, as soon as we got her results we put her in our database.
You: I can't believe this, WE'RE actually going to have a BABY!
Doctors: New life, new beginning. I hope to see you both soon. You can leave anytime now. See you in the future, bye.
Adam: WE ARE HAVING A BABY, I NEED TO CALL MAMA!
You: NO NO. We will arrange a party and tell all of our close people then. Deal?
Adam: DEPENDS WHEN THE PARTY IS?! I can't keep this a seceret for long.
You: Ok, Ok. The party is day after tomorrow?
Adam: Yes OK!!
You and Adam walked out of the hospital hand in hand. Adam kept touching your belly as he 'spoke' to it.
You: Are you serious Adam! *laughs* Right now it's probably just a sperm and an ovary, you're conversing to it as if it can REALLY hear you.
Adam: IT'S MY SECOND BABY! I'm feeling so overwhelmed.
You both got home and called or texted everyone about the party. Adam's mum and dad, your mum and dad, Adam's sisters and brothers, Slim, Waqas, Mo, and your cousins. Everyone was prepared to come over to your appartment and party on your '3 week anniversary'. Even you were surprised on how they all believed that it was a thing.
Adam: We should start shopping NOW. I could order a BUNCH of stuff online.
You: We don't even know if it's a boy or a girl!!
Adam: Look. 9 months will go very quickly, trust me, I know this from my sisters and sister-in-law.
You: Adam.....let's start shopping when the bump is visible.
Adam: I literally CANNOT WAIT BABE!!
