Chapter 69

You: My beautiful baby. What happened to you?
You sat beside him touching his face that was laying there lifelessy. You kissed his head as tears rolled down your cheek. You lifted his covers and saw the stab wounds, covered in bandages.
Slim and Waqas were just shaking looking at Adam. They walked towards him and just looked down in sorrow.
You: Guys you need to tell Mama and Baba. I can't tell them. Please. I just want to stay with him.
They just walked out in pain. They went off to call Adam's parents. You held onto Adam's hand and kissed it as your tears dropped on his hand. He was in intensive care, that's what made it all worse.
The time went by, you just laid your head on his arm. Adam's parents came barging in. Mama started crying and tried to wake him up. Baba was tearing up as he looked at his son, not up and jumping.
Time went by as you all just sat there waiting for him to wake up, but he didn't. Mama and Baba were getting tired and they couldnt go to sleep well in the hospital, you insisted they went home or go to a hotel nearby. They didn't want to go too far so you told the boys to take them to a hotel.
After everyone went, you wanted to take your time off to just look at him. His innocence kept making you cry. You prayed for everything to be ok. You wanted to hear his voice, so you played his voicemail.....again and again. The boys came back, they bought some food for you, but you didn't want to eat.
Waqas: For the babies? Please?
Slim: Y/n. We're all here for him. We will all stay here. Just eat something please.
You ate for the babies sakes only. Your eyes were red and swollen after all the crying.
It was 3AM. You were asleep on Adam's bed holding his hand, as Slim and Waqas were on the seats. Waqas got up to go the toilet. *BEEP BEEP* it woke you up. The monitor read:
55-49-46-40-38
His heart rate was dropping. Slim and Waqas ran outside to get a doctor. You started to perform a CPR on Adam. You cried as you kept going on and on. You then pressed the red emergency button. Still jumping at his chest, you kept going crying your eyes out. Everyone came running in as Waqas and Slim pulled you back.
The doctors did the same thing. Your eyes started to blur out as you coudn't breathe. You held your stomach tight and just closed your eyes as the boys held onto your arms.
What was happening.....
