Chapter 10

It was morning and you were dreading for this day to come. It was your best friend's funeral. You just had to do it. You woke up next to Adam who was still sleeping. You made the speech ready, freshened up and made some breakfast. Adam woke up while you were making breakfast.
Adam: Morning Y/N *rubbing eyes*
You: Morning. I'm making some breakfast for you, there's new toothbrushes in the drawer. So just use it. And use the towel on the radiator.
As he went to the bathroom your doorbell rang. It was Slim.
Slim: HEY Y/N.
You: Oh hiya Slim.
Slim: Adam told me to bring a black suit and some cream. I don't know what the cream is for, so yeah.
He handed over the bag to you. He saw your cuts on your wrist, and then realised what the cream was for.
You: Do you wanna eat breakfast with me and Adam?
Slim: No it's fine, I have to go pick my girlfriend up from the airport.
You: Oh ok then. See you soon *smiles*
Slim: *fist bumps you* seeeee yaaaa.
Adam finished washing himself and saw his suit and cream. He called out for you, and grabbed the cream.
Adam: Give me your wrist.
He gently held your wrist as he applied the cream to the cuts. It stung you a little but Adam applied it ever so calmly. As he was blowing on your wrist you stared at him. He took so much care of you, with passion. You were attracted to him.
Adam: Ok all done. Hope they fade away soon. Is breakfast ready, I'm starving.
You: Yeah. It's pancakes with maple syrup and blueberries.
He smiled at you because he was excited to eat. You both finished eating and got up to get ready. Adam got ready in the spare room and you got ready in your bedroom.

I can't sleep, it's midnight, so I thought of publishing next chapter since I'm making more right now😂😋
