A few days had passed by, and George kept ignoring you every time you saw him. Just because you didn't go out with him for that dinner, he seemed to dislike you.
You: Adam. George keeps ignoring me at work? It's just so wierd and uncomfortable.
Adam: Shall I talk to him?
You: No no. It's just his jealousy has grown SO MUCH it's almost unreal. Like literally.....
Adam: Listen babe. It's best if you honestly don't talk to him. He's dangerous. I don't know if I should tell you this.
You: Go on.
Adam: I saw him the other day, you know behind that corner shop, where all the druggies hang out. Yeah he was there like just standing there and waiting.
You: WTF. I thought he left all this. When was this?
Adam: It was the day after we went for that dinner with Wajeeh. He had like a bag and everything, and trust me, that stuff was not a work bag.
You: I think he's back into doing all these drugs and that. I really don't want to involve myself with him, not right now, with these two in here.
You and Adam decide to carry the evening normally. You were sitting and suddenly felt a stabbing pain in your back. You held your back as you sat upright and breathed in and out.
Adam was sitting on the next couch working.
Adam: Yo y/n you ok? What happened? *throws laptop away and runs to you*
You: *breathing* oh I'm just getting some sort of funny pain. I think the babies are just moving around a little. It's ok.
Adam: I know what to do!
He told you to sit on the floor as he made you lean forward. He started rubbing your lower back firmly.
Adam: I-uh read this in a book. It was called 'Fathering for dummies'. They said rub the bottom back of your partner's to relieve the pain.
You: What! *laughs in pain* oh my god. What ARE you!!
The pain gradually went with the help of Adam's massage. You sat on the couch and felt like you saw your belly move a little.
You: What was that.....
Adam: I swear something happened on your belly?
It happened again.
You: OH MY GOD!!
Adam: SHIT WHAT HAPPENED. I'M GONNA CALL 911.
You: NO YOU STUPID!! I JUST SAW ONE OF OUR BABY'S FOOT. HE OR SHE IS MOVING AROUND!!
Adam: No way!!
You both waited patiently looking at your belly. You never knew you would ever do this to your belly....you were both just STARING for a good 5 minutes. It happened again.
Adam: ALLAH!! I JUST SAW IT. Oh my god, this so beautiful. This is so emotional. They're so little and gorgeous.
Adam leaned forward and started to listen to you belly. He then started looking at your belly face to face.
Adam: Now listen both of you, I don't want to see you kicking each other in there. You can do that when you're outside, because there's more space obviously. Mummy's stomach is small. But we both love you a lot, even though you could be possibly strangling each other with your umbilical cord.
You: Oh good lord ADAM! What a funny boy.....
You walked off into your bedroom to get some sleep. Adam checked the doors and turned off the lights.
Adam: *kisses your lips* goodnight gorgeous. *kisses belly* goodnight you two.
