The paramedics thanked you for your help. Slim thanked you and Adam was just amazed. Everything was over, the paramedics had gone and Sophia was back to normal.
Sophia: Y/N thank you so much *hugs you* I couldn't be so much more greatful. I owe you one.
You: No no, there isn't no owing in life and death situations. Don't worry. If there are any problems just text me or give me a call. I'll be right here helping you.
Sophia: You're such a gem!
You smiled, hugged her, and went out of the room. As slim closed the door you walked beside Adam.
You: Why the kiss?
Adam: I could ask you the same question.....*smiles*
You: But you did it first. I thought it was unfair if I didn't give you one.
Adam stopped walking through the corridor and turned towards you holding your hand.
Adam: Maybe this isn't the right time, or place *chuckles* but.....I really really love you. You're perfect and absolutely FLAWLESS for me. You're everything that I love in a girl. You're so stunning on the inside and outside, and your eyes are like mystic galaxies. You brighten up my day all the time. You're becoming my everything, and my whole world! I've fallen for you Y/N, fully and completely.
You just stood there, stiff, you've heard this before....only when you were half asleep. It seemed so emotional in real life, because you had the almost same feelings for him. You didn't know what to say and just stared at him.
You: Er.....I.....yeah. Sorry, m-m-my Uber is downstairs.
You were so nervous and you weren't really up for all this. You felt like you needed more time. You wanted to respect you best friend's death and not just jump into a happy life all of a sudden. You let go of his hand, as it slipped off slowly and made your way downstairs. You got in your Uber and went home. You got home and saw a few texts from Adam. You didn't want to reply or even open the messages. All you could think of was, how could you live such a happy life after all that's happened.....
