" I wondered why you looked the same as I did in the mirror.." Megan laughed
"we even sound the same" I said
"as all twins do"
"I have an idea" my eyes flashed with excitement
"what?" she asked
"let's trick them"
"who?"
"mom and dad"
"ok" she smiled
We walked to the house.
Megan stood in front of the door, I hid on the side of the house.
"knock" I whispered
"but I'm scared" Megan whispered back
"uh" I leaned over and knocked on the door then ran back to my hiding spot
"hi" Jake Opened the door
"um hi" she said nervously
"where were you Susan?"
Ooh this is getting good
"I'm not Susan"
"of course you are" he grabbed her hand
"let go of me weirdo!" she pulled away from him
The expression on Jakes face was priceless.
I almost bust.
Megan ran off and as soon as Jake closed the door she came back to where I was
"time for faze 2 of our plan" she said
I nodded and walked in front of the door while Megan hid.
I knocked
"hello?" jake answered
"hey bro" I said
"what's wrong with you?" he asked
"nothing. Now let me in" I pushed past him and into the house
"I'm going to get a snack" I said walking I to the kitchen
There was a knock on the door
"UH! If one more person knocks on that door I will scream!" he said as he opened the door
"he-" he stopped himself
"who's there?" I yelled from the kitchen
"ha ha very funny. How'd you get outside so quick?" he said
"I'm in the kitchen still" I poked my head out
He looked at me then Megan, his mouth formed an '0'
Me and Megan laughed our heads off.
Jake still looked confused.
"w what's going on?" he asked
"we're twins!" me and Megan said together
" Jake, meet your new sister Megan"
"hi" Megan waved
"uh hey" Jake stuttered
"so now there are two of you?" jake asked
"yeah" Megan said
"pretty much" I said
"you guys planned this whole thing out, didn't you?" Jake crossed his arms
"yeah" I laughed
Me and Megan high fived
"well I guess I should tell mom and dad that we have. Another member to our family" he sighed
"in the meantime you two should be getting to bed"
"yes mom!" I said leading Meagan up the long spiral staircase
