Friend or Foe ~ Alduin x Reader

The Dragon Council

You hadn't left your room since that moment with Alduin. Hilda had been leaving you food and clothes outside your door but every time she knocked, fear hit you with the thought of it being Alduin.
You hadn't seen or heard from him and to be honest you were rather upset about it. You knew you shouldn't be but a part of you longed for his affection.

The grand hall was filled with the most powerful dragons in the land. They sat around a large round table, chatting among themselves. Alduin entered the room with Nahkriin, one of the eight dragon priests. When Alduin walked in, everyone went quiet.

"Good day my friends, please sit"

Everyone took their seats around the table.

"Now I know you all must have many questions about the treaty"

"Yes! Like why weren't we notified about it"

Everyone started to raise their voice with an agreement which then turned it to people shouting out questions and demanding answers. The noise raised to an unbearable volume and Alduin had had enough.

"Silence!"

Alduins booming voice echoed around the room causing everyone to be quite immediately.

The silence was broken by the sound of an opening door. A well built, red-haired man came walking. All heads turned to look at him.

"Odahviing, how unexpected of you to show up"

"What are you talking about? and may I ask why you have begun without me?"

"Because your presence isn't necessary"

"What are you talking about!?! I am one of the highest members of this council"

"Not anymore you're not"

"What are you talking about? since when was my membership revoked"

"Since you betrayed your kind by taking the dragon to Skuldafn so she could try to and kill me!"

Odahviing said nothing, however, the look on his face screamed nothing but pure anger and rage.

"Very well then"

He turned and left the room, slamming the door behind him. Everyone looked at Alduin as he sat down calmly.

"Now I know you all have many questions about my recent activities and the Dragonborn I have locked away. So if you all shut up and let me explain myself, I'm sure your questions will be answered"

Everyone nodded their heads being too afraid to speak after what happened with Odahviing .

"The trues with the mortals is simply momentarily until I have wedded and birthed a child with the Dragonborn. When those things have been accomplished, we shall take back what is rightfully ours and with Skyrim's hero under my command, they will be defenceless and they will fall!"

The dragons cheered for their glorious leader and praised him for his brilliance.

"Now is there any more questions?"

One of the dragons raised their hand.

"When do you plan to wed the Dragonborn?"

"Of cause following tradition, under the blue moon in three days time and of cause you are all invited"

The meeting was a huge success but Alduin was unaware of the red scaled dragon listing in.
