Friend or Foe ~ Alduin x Reader

The Night Before

It was the night before the wedding. You had spent the day out in the garden watching the preparations for the ceremony.

You moved over to the window that looked out over a large lake in which the moon a celestial diamond in the sky surrounded by starlight that pierced the black sky like tiny elegant daggers reflected on the calm waters below.

You became lost in a trance as the beauty of the night sky over took you. You thought back to that day at Helgen, the day that put you on this crazy adventure. You tried to think back to before Helgen but all attempt failed. You wondered if Alduin was telling the truth, if he really did know about who you were? Where you came from? Who you came from?

"so many questions but no answers"

You were suddenly brought out of your trance by a knock at the door. You assumed it was Hilda dropping something off. You opened the door but to your surprise it wasn't Hilda, it was Alduin.

"Alduin"

"good evening my dear"

"what are you doing here?"

"I have something for you"

Draped over his arms was a cluster of white silk.

You opened the door and allowed him in. He placed the gown over the back of a chair before turning back to face you.

"I hope you like it, I had it made especially for you"

"I'm sure its lovely, Thank you"

He looked you up and down before picking up the dress.

"why don't you try it on"

"um...okay"

You took the dress and headed for the bathroom but the door slammed shut in your face.

"where are you going?"

"I was going to put the dress on"

"well, why do you need to leave the room to do so"

You decided not to reply since the look on his face was unnegotiable. You placed the dress back on the chair and turned to look at Alduin. He sat down and nodded for you to continue. You took a deep breath before removing your night gown. Your whole body tightened with nausea as you did so. You turned away from Alduins gaze as you finished removing clothes. As the finale piece of fabric slid down your bare sides, creating a pool by your feet, Alduins gaze never shifted. You stood there, entirely unclothed, unable to move.

Alduin got out of his seat and walked over to you, placing his hand on your shoulder, turning you around softly. He grasped your chin with his other hand, the movement was so gentle it mesmerised you. You looked into his eyes and he looked into yours and without another word your lips met once again.

After what felt like an eternity of pleasure and happiness you departed from each others warmth but it wasn't long until your lips joined again and again and again.

During the intense passion, he picked you up as you wrapped your hands around his face. He placed you on the bed. Your cold body underneath his burning hot touch.

You knew this was wrong but you didn't give a damn.
