Friend or Foe ~ Alduin x Reader

Peace Among All

It had been a week since you had left with Odahving and things we're getting hasty since your departure.

"Where is she?!"

"We don't know!"

The treaty had returned at High Hrothgar; the Jarl of Whiterun, General Tullius, Ulfric Stormcloack and the blades, had all grown concerned due to your long absence.

"Well, there hasn't been any reported dragon attacks in the last five days, so?"

"It looks like she succeeded"

"Then where is she?!"

As they we're discussing your whereabouts in the conference room, Wulfgar (one of the other Grey Beards) came rushing in with a letter in hand.

"Wulfgar, what is it?"

"It's a letter from Alduin"

"That's impossible!"

"Give it here"

Arngeir took the letter and moved his eye over the paper, reading every word that was inscribed on the piece of thin material.

"Well, What does it say?"

Everyone gathered around with open ears, hoping to hear something about their lost hero.

"It reads; to the people of Skyrim, a deal has been made that grants the people of Tamriel immunity, meaning no one will ever be harmed or killed by any dragon again"

"What!?"

"We are to live in peace and to not disturb or attack each other"

"Well that's great but what about the Dragonborn?"

"For this agreement to continue, the Dragonborn is to remain with me for Ulse"

"What dose 'for Ulse' mean"

"It means for eternity"

Everyone froze in silence, like petrified statues.

"Is there anything else?"

"Only two signatures confirming the deal"

"Who's?!"

"Alduin's and the Dragonborn's"

"How did Alduin sign this? isn't he meant to be a dragon"

"I think there're bigger questions at large then How does a dragon hold a pen?"

"He's right, like for example why the hell would she agree to this?"

"and what does he want from her?"

"All we know is that from this day forward, no one is to harm any dragon unless the face the consequences of war"

"And for the Dragonborn?"

"It seems we may never see her again"

After one of Alduin's stewards took the letter that declared peace among all, Alduin offered to give you a tour of the castle. He showed you the kitchens, the dining room, the study, the library and the armoury, all which were very spectacular and impressive.  The last room he showed me was a bedroom with a large bed and decorated with the wealthiest of charms and colours.

"This is our room"

"Our room?!"

"Why of cause, after all, we are to be husband and wife"

"But not yet?"

"Your point exactly?"

"I'm not sleeping with you"

He was slightly annoyed with your disobedience.

"You don't have a choice, I'm the king and to defy the king is punishable by death"

"Well it's a good thing that your not my king"

Your words spat with venom. He growled loudly before spinning around and grabbing you by your throat and lifting you up.

"I am YOUR KING and you will do as I say or else"

"Or else what"

His expression was nothing but pure rage. He slammed you against the corner of the door frame and threw you onto the hard wooden floor. You winced in pain as you tried to sit up. You managed to prop yourself up by leaning your back against a table leg. He walked over to you and lifted your face up with his hand wrapped around your chin.

"Or else I'll have to hurt that pretty little face of yours by punishing you and I'll warn you, my punishments are quite severe"

He let go, leaving your head to flop back down. He stood up and looked down at you, waiting for you to stand. When he realised you couldn't, he picked you up bridal style and laid you on the bed . It wasn't too long after your head hit the pillow that you fell asleep.

Alduin stood there for a moment, gazing at your perfectly shaped body. He held your hand as his power flowed through you. Soon all your cuts, bruises and scars were gone. All the pain had just washed away. He let go of your hand and kissed you on the forehead before leaving the room.

Once outside he was met with one of his stewards.

"The letter has been delivered, Sir"

"Perfect, from this day forward no dragon is allowed to harm any mortal unless facing the consequences of my power until its time"
