A week had passed, Harry and Louis absolutely fawning over each other with Hana and Jeremy watching closely. Hana hadn't mentioned anything about Louis to Harry, and he realised that she had been acting very different. As for Jeremy, the two boys only became closer over the week, and now considered each other like a brother. Ed was making progress in the hospital, and everyone at camp was getting regular updates.

A letter had come back from Liam, updating Harry on what had happened in the past week. Apparently little Ariel smiled for the first time when Liam had fallen down the stairs. He was fine, actually quite happy that he had gotten her to smile. Danielle and Liam mentioned how much this miss Harry, also mentioning that Maya misses him as well.

Everything was running smoothly with Louis and Harry until one night things were getting more heated with them. They were at their favorite spot on the beach; lips locked. Louis was lying on his back; hands on Harry's hips while Harry was hovering over top of Louis, his hands on either side of Louis's head. Louis pulled himself into a sitting position not once breaking the bond between his and Harry's lips. As they sat up; Harry slipped his hands beneath Louis's shirt making Louis chuckle. Then he remembered that he was a boy. Harry would feel his flat chest and would automatically know. Just as Harry's hands moved up a bit further Louis placed his hands over Harry's to stop them. Harry pulled back with a confused look on his face.

'I'm sorry kitty, we can't do this.' Louis told Harry who sighed sadly, but nodded.

'You're not ready, that's okay! Another night.' Harry pecked Louis's cheek with a smile but Louis sighed.

'No Harry i mean we can't do this at all. Ever.' Louis explained making Harry become confused again, and then a sad look crossed his face making Louis feel instantly guilty.

'Oh. Is it me? Is it because i'm blind? Thats what it is right? Im sorry. I should have known.' Harry quickly said standing up but Louis grabbed Harry's wrist; pulling him back down.

'Harry, that's not what I meant. It's just that.....' Louis paused for a minute; biting his lip as Harry listened with sad eyes. 'We can't become attached, and I feel like if we had sex then it would only make me more attached to you.' Louis sadly said making Harry nod. Harry let go of Louis's hand and pulled his knees up to his chest; resting his chin on his knees. He looked out to the water; staring at absolutely nothing. Louis sighed, but ignored the pain in his heart.

'I still don't understand why nothing can happen between us after camp.' Harry sadly said, roughly biting his lip.

'Harry...'Louis started but Harry shook his head.

'No whatever. You're right, its for the best.' Harry replied almost rudely. He stood up and wiped the sand off of his jeans and started to walk away.

'Harry, where are you going?' Louis called out to him; grabbing Harry's wrist to stop him.

'To bed.' Harry replied shortly and Louis shook his head.

'Harry just wait. You can't walk back alone.' Louis advised him. Harry ripped his wrist out of Louis's grip and turned around sharply.

'Watch me.' Harry shot back as he walked away, leaving Louis alone in the dark. Louis watched with a heavy heart as Harry walked away until he could no longer see him in the darkness.

Harry woke up the next morning to someone lightly pulling on his arm. 'Haz it's time to get up.' Harry recognized the voice as Jeremy's. Harry groaned and shook his head; pulling the covers over his head. 'Harry.' Jeremy said lightly; grabbing the covers, trying to pull them off Harry, but failed. Harry was much stronger than Jeremy, and he had a death grip on the blankets. Jeremy sighed and ran his fingers through his wig. 'Come on Harry.' Jeremy pleaded but Harry continued to stay under the covers. Everyone in the cabin had gone for breakfast with the exception of Harry and Jeremy. 'Harry what's wrong?' Jeremy asked, not bothering to pull the blanket off Harry's head. He waited a couple seconds before he heard Harry quietly whisper.

'Is everyone gone?' Harry quietly asked Jeremy.

'Yes, now tell me what's wrong!' Jeremy said in exasperation. Once Jeremy said this, he pulled the blankets off him and groaned.

'Louis and I got in a little argument.' Harry explained making Jeremy raise his eyebrows.

'About?' Jeremy wondered. Harry sat up on the edge of his bunk and put his head in his hands.

'It was stupid. I got mad because she doesn't want anything to happen with us after camp! But, its not fair to me! Obviously I really like her, so she can't just keep leading me on, only to end things when camps done.' Harry grumbled to Jeremy who had now climbed up to Harrys bed; sitting beside him.

'Louis didn't come back into the cabin last night.' Jeremy informed Harry, placing a hand on his knee. Harry's eyes widened and he spun his head to face Jeremy. Jeremy quickly patted Harry's back.

'Lou's fine don't worry. She just slept in the staff house last night. A result of the argument i'm guessing.' Jeremy quickly explained before Harry could jump to conclusions. This didn't cheer Harry up at all, it just made him feel guilty.

'Maybe i'm over reacting.' Harry admitted but Jeremy shook his head.

'Honestly, I don't think you are, but do whatever you think is right to fix things.' Jeremy patted Harry's knee and jumped off the bunk to the floor. He grabbed Harry's hands and helped him to the ground. 'Let's go find your man.' Jeremy smiled but Harry turned to him with a confused look making Jeremy widen his eyes. 'I mean mam. I meant mam.' Jeremy quickly stated. Harry only nodded as they left the cabin to go to the mess hall. When they entered, Jeremy was quick to spot Hana, but he saw no sign of Louis. 'I don't think Louis's in here Harry. But Hana is, lets go take a seat with her.' Jeremy grabbed Harry's arm and guided him to where Hana sat at a table with a few other campers. When they sat down she smiled at them, but raised an eyebrow at Harry's sad look.

'What's got you down in the dumps Styles?' Hana wondered, taking a bite of her bacon. 'This bacon is delicious. I don't see how you could be so sad with such good food.' Hana tried to get Harry to smile but failed. She groaned, and placed the bacon back down on her plate; using the back of her hand to wipe her mouth. 'Since Styles here isn't talking, whats stuck up his arse Jer?' Hana turned to Jeremy who sighed.

'Him and Lou got in an argument last night, and Louis hasn't came back to cabin since then, or to breakfast.' Jeremy said in short. Hana rolled her eyes at the explanation.

'Really Harry?' Hana asked annoyed. He glared at her but nodded.

'I really like her Hana. Why aren't you happy for me?' Harry asked; sensing Hana's rude tone. Hana chuckled and took a sip of juice before placing both hands on the table in anger.

'For christ sake Harry, Louis's a b-

'Beautiful girl! You're really quite lucky!' Jeremy quickly interrupted Hana before she could reveal the truth to Harry. She turned her head slowly to glare Jeremy down. As they say, if looks could kill....Jeremy would be a goner.

'Really?' Hana asked again, very annoyed by the both of them. She picked up her plate and left abruptly.

'Why is everyone mad at me?' Harry placed his elbows on the table, putting his hands in his curls. Jeremy put a hand on Harry's back.

'Let's go get some fresh air okay Haz?' Jeremy asked the distraught boy. Harry nodded and got up from the table with Jeremy; the two boys going outside. Jeremy linked his arm through Harry's and walked for a bit.

'Promise me you'll hang out with me after camp? I at least want to keep in contact with you.' Harry bit his lip and raised his eyebrows towards Jeremy.

'Of course we will you dolt. You're my best-mate. Gaming nights every friday, all nighters every Saturday and Taco time every Sunday. We'll have a great time after camp.' Jeremy smiled, throwing an arm over Harry's shoulders. Harry grinned and chuckled. But stopped when Jeremy suddenly stopped walking. They had neared the beach, and Jeremy could see Louis sitting in the sand by the water. 'I spy with my little eye, someone that you care tons about sitting on the beach.' Jeremy patted Harry's bum jokingly and left without another word. Harry took a deep breath and walked towards the sound of the waves.

'Loubear?' Harry called out. Louis turned his head towards the boy who was only a couple feet from him.

'Im right here.' Louis quietly said to Harry who sat down next to him. They sat in silence for a while, just listening to the waves crash against the rocks on shore.

'I'm sorry.' Harry was the first to apologize. Louis shook his head quickly.

'No, no. You didn't do anything. Im the one who is sorry. I'm not being fair to you Harry. I can't expect you to be with me for the summer if i'm just going to end things when camp ends.' Louis apologized, feeling completely guilty. 'And I totally understand if you don't want to continue this. I get it.' Louis added but Harry interrupted him by pulling Louis into his chest. He wrapped his arms tightly around the boy and kissed the top of his head, neither of them saying a word. The two lads remained like this for the rest of the day; just getting up for the loo and lunch, only to return right after; both perfectly happy.
