Chapter 28: Regret and other feelings.

A/N Alright I'm a terrible person! I left you all with a huge cliffhanger and didn't update for a while there! My internet has been down for the past few days because my internet is absolute shit. I need new wifi! Anyway I was finally able to post this chapter, so enjoy!

'Harry...it's me. Louis.' The words slowly came tumbling out of Louis's mouth before he could stop them. Harry who had his back facing Louis, now turned around with a grin plastered across his face. When his eyes fell upon Louis though, that smile slowly faded.

'What?' Harry asked, his brow furrowed in confusion. He stared at Louis for a few seconds before shaking his head.

'Harry...' Louis began but Harry held a hand up to silence him. Tears sprung to Louis's eyes as he shut his mouth at Harry's request.

'This can't be right, tell me you're lying! You're not Louis..' Harry stated, but inside, he knew that the boy standing in front of him was indeed the one he loved so dearly. 

'I can't..' 

'How could you?' Harry suddenly asked his voice thick with tears. Louis held back a sob that was ready to escape his lips, not wanting to break down. 'You've been lying to me this whole time! I can't believe you would do something like that! I kissed you for gods sake! I thought you were girl! This can't be happening.'

'Harry, I didn't want to hurt you. I wanted to tell you, I just didn't know how.' Louis cried, reaching his hand out to place on Harry's arm. At this motion, Harry quickly flinched away and turned his back to Louis, facing the window instead.

'That's bullshit Louis! I can't believe this! You took complete advantage of me!' Harry whipped around to face Louis again, only to see that he had tears streaming down his face. What bothered him, is that he felt his heart break at the sight of Louis crying, and all he wanted was to hold him and wipe away his tears. Harry knew that wouldn't be right, considering what Louis had done. Instead he continued to fight. 'You led me to believe you were a girl! What the hell is wrong with you?!' Harry shouted, wiping away fresh tears off his cheeks. A sob manage to break through the barricade Louis had put up and escape his lips. 'That's what everything at camp was about wasn't it?! The reason you wouldn't go further than kissing, or why you didn't want to date after camp! You lied about everything! Is there anything you didn't lie about?!' Harry shouted at Louis making him flinch.

'I wasn't lying when I said I loved you, because I’m not lying. I do love you.' Louis sobbed trying again to take Harry's hand, but again, he pulled away.

 'I can't do this Louis. I'm not gay!' 

'You said you liked someone for their personality! You liked me as a girl, why can't you like me as a boy?' Louis cried out making Harry shake his head. 'You said you loved me...' This, Louis said so quietly that Harry could barely hear, and when he took a few minutes to answer, Louis thought he hadn't heard.

'If i knew you were a boy in the first place, nothing would have happened. I was in love with you as a girl. . Now I see that you definitely aren't a girl.' Harry replied, his voice softer. 'I can't do this anymore Louis. I need time.' Harry said softly, looking right into Louis's eyes this time.

'Time for what Harry?' 

'Time away from you.' Harry said and almost broke down right then when he saw the complete broken look on Louis's face. 

'You said nothing would ever come between us.' Louis shouted while crying loudly. Harry's gaze dropped to the tiled flooring and Louis let out another sob when he saw a tear from Harry's eye drop to the ground.
