I'm doing great. She ran on the other side of the car and hugged  me as tight as she can.

But I have to go she said hugging me  one more time. And she disappeared.

Jhene

We were on our way to lakeside elementary. I had to take some things that are super important to me.  Namiko was chosen as an terrific kid.. I'm so proud of her she's even  at the top of her  class. I promised  her that I would be there with no if and's or buts..

The ceremony was held in the cafeteria. All the children was sitting in a row. I can see Namiko I tried my best to make eye contact with her but she was talking to her little friends. Seeing her doing so well made me want to cry.

I remember when she was born so tiny and small. She was only six pounds and an ounce. I would dress her in the cutest dresses. She never cried and slept all night from right out of the hospital. She was such a good baby an still is the little  sweetest soul i know.

There were plenty of smiles, a lot of waves to parents as they approach the stage. When it was Namiko turn she was all smiles. She turned to the audience with her paper in hand with the words terrific kid. Her teacher began to read why she nominated Namiko.

She was chosen because of her honesty, her caring nature, and her ability to listen to others when they need help. She is always willing to lend a helping hand. Namiko is kind to all and is honest in every situation. No matter what the assignment, Namiko constantly gives 100% (and she does it with a smile)! We are so lucky to have Namiko  in our class. She truly is an example for all to follow! We love you, Namiko!
