I woke up and my whole body hurt. I remember that I was slammed against a wall and I blacked out. Then I remember who did it. Cayla. Rea was there and she tried to protect me. I vaguely remember being picked up and carried to the next room. My mind wandered around for a while. Then I remembered the reason I was at the hospital in the first place. Han. Was he okay? Did Cayla hurt him while I was blacked out? Anything could've happened. I finally worked up the strength to stand. I headed over to Han's room. There he was safe and sound. Still not awake but he was okay. I headed over to my normal chair and I held Han's hand and watched TV for a while. Then Rea walked in.
"Hey. I didn't see you in your room so I figured you would be here." Rea said. "I brought you some breakfast."
"Thanks." I replied. She had gotten me my favorite. A Corellian blueberry pancake with a side of eggs. She remembered. It had been so long since we had been to Corellia I thought she would've forgotten.
"Look I really am sorry. I shouldn't have done what I did without telling you first. I didn't mean anything I did. I hated having to fight you but I did it because I didn't want us to be killed." Rea said. I could tell she was fighting back tears. She said this very sincere. I decided to forgive her.
"Rea, I'm sorry too. I should've accepted your many apologies." I said. Then we walked to each other and gave each other a hug. Tears of joy were coming from our eyes. The door then creaked.
"Well isn't this sweet." Said a cold voice which I knew to be Cayla's.
"What do you want you backstabber!" I yelled. I was quick to act. I had secretly placed my lightsaber and blaster where I could get to them quickly. Cayla didn't even notice.
"I suggest you leave before you lose another hand." Rea said.
"Lose another hand. What?" I asked confused.
"Little Miss Rea of Sunshine over here chopped of my hand." Cayla said with sarcasm. She used Ben's old nickname for Rea. I saw her cringe at the sound of it.
"Anyway I come in peace I just wanted to tell you something." Cayla said with a slight smirk. "I have a new boyfriend."
"What happened to Luke!" I asked. Even though I didn't like him he was still my brother.
"Oh Luke....He is well long gone. I'll tell you more about him later." Cayla said.
I was getting really worried now. Did she kill Luke? Did she hurt him? What was she capable of? I didn't know what to do at that moment but before I could say anything Cayla started talking.
"So would you you like to know who my new boyfriend is? He is way hotter than Luke." She said.
"Tell us. Tell us now." Rea said sternly.
"Come here. This should surprise them." She said. Then out of the shadows came a dark figure. A figure I recognized. Then I saw his face.
"Miss Me." Said the figure. Then it hit me.
The figure was Ben.
