Chapter 4, The Pros And Cons Of Breathing.

I went to the bath room. My make-up hadn't run, which calmed me down slightly. How dare that boy, that arrogant, shallow boy DARE call me an 'insufferable know-it-all', he doesn't even know me! i was just trying to help. I composed myself and left the toilets. I got my ipod out and put the song 'I Don't Care' on by Fall Out Boy, this song calmed me down quite a bit more. Walking out the school gate i felt someone tap my shoulder. I turned around and it was Louis. I took my headphones out.

"Hey you! Where do you think you're going? I though you were walking with us?" said Louis, smiling and pointing to a group of people. I looked over to where he was pointing. Kathy caught my eye and immediatley started kissing Harry. I don't know what shes trying to or who she's trying to impress, but it certianly isn't working. They were both stood with Charlotte and Liam.

"Sorry Louis but im not in the mood for company, espically not Harrys, ill just walk on my own." i said

"Why what happened? And c'mon katie, i insist you join us!" said Louis, playfully ticking me

"Oh, it's nothing to worry about, and really Louis i Cant- Stop ticking me!" i said, laughing

"Please please please please please..." pleaded louis.

"What are the chances of you shutting up?" i said jokingly, cheering up quite a lot. It was nice that somebody enjoyed my company.

"Slim to none" Smiled Louis.

"Ugh, alright fine." I said begrudgingly and Louis walked me over.

Harry's face completely changed when i walked over, it looked half angry, half apologetic, but i ignored him.

Conversation between me, Louis and Charlotte was quite fun, we walked infront while Kathy and Harry walked slightly behind us, hand-in-hand.

"So, whats the story behind all the piercings? You one of thoes freaky people that enjoy pain?" joked Louis.

I laughed and then said "Suprizingly, no. I just like the way they look"

"How many do you have? I've also heard that tounge piercings are quite good for erm.. Pleasing the man.." joked Louis cheekily

"Oh Louis, you cheeky little thing. I have 15 all together" i said, trying to think if i'd missed any out.

"JESUS, 15? Wow, impressive. They do look pretty cool to be honest."

"Yeah, i like the ones in your ear" said Liam

"Personally, i think they look horrible." said kathy horribley

I stopped walking, everyone else stopped, i turned around and looked and Kathy. "Right well,  for ONE, i don't believe you were part of this conversation, TWO if i WANTED your opinion i would have asked for it and THREE, i personally think you're clumpy eyelashes look horrible. My 6 year old cousin knows how to wear mascara better than you. You obviously have some sort of problem with me but you know what? I don't care. Grow up, who are you trying to impress?" i said, trying to be condesending.

She looked dumbstruck, and lost for words. "Trying to rack that puny little brain of yours for a comeback? Don't bother, i wont be listening to you."

She didn't say another thing the whole journey. Luckily, hers was the first house we came to, me, Louis Liam and Charlotte walked on a bit to let Harry and Kathy share a little, or from this angle a Sloppy goodbye kiss.

"Katie what you said earlier to Kathy was absolute class" laughed Louis "I never really liked her, but we have to put up with her because of harry"
