Chapter 11, Do It For Me Now

Dad set my suit case outside, Kissed me on the forehead and got back into his car. He scrolled the window down.

"I would come in and say hi to your mum but... Well, i think it's best if you talk to her on your own, i miss you babe. Don't forget to ring me" said dad.

I nodded in agreement and made my way to the door. I put my keys in and stepped over the threshhold. Straight away i felt 2 pairs of familiar arms around me.

"KATIE OH MY GOD. Im so glad you're back" said charlotte, basically choking me.

"We missed you katie" said Louis, chocking me just as much.

Tears started forming in my eyes.

"Your mum called me up and told me you would be home soon, she had work and she didn't want you coming home to an empty house, so here i am. I bought Louis too, i thought you might want to see him" she said smiling

"Thank you so much" i said, tears now pouring from my eyes

"Hey hey hey now don't cry! If you do, im gonna have to tickle you" smiled Louis "Here, ill go make some tea" he said, hugging me then walking into the kitchen.

Charlotte grabbed my hand gently, pulled me over to the coutch and gave my hand a little squeeze. Soon enough Louis returned with 3 teas. When they had noticed i had calmed down, they began to talk.

"So, where did you go katie? You mum still wouldn't tell me, she said something about if you wanted people to know where you were, you would've said.. Your tan is amazing though, i must say." smiled charlotte

"Oh i went to my dads" i said, sipping my tea

"In brighton?!" exclaimed Louis.

I then began to tell them all about it. About being reunited with all my friends, about james and how he made me realise how much Holmes Chapel has changed me, and about how i had to leave because of dads girlfriends daughter.

"That's a shame, but im glad you're back" winked Louis

"Thank you. Enough about me, what's been happening over the past month?" i asked

Apparently, a lot had happened. Charlotte and Louis had gone away to blackpool for a weekend together, Zayn's little sister broke her leg falling off a swing, Hannah and Zayn had started dating, Liam and his girlfriend had broken up, but apparently Liam wasn't too bothered because they had been growing apart for months. They had obviously avoided talking about harry to not upset me.

"And that's it really" smiled charlotte

"What about Harry?" i said. I hadn't said his name in a while. It felt nice, It rolled off my tounge, then my eyes started to well up again

"Well.. We haven't really seen much of him really. He spends most of his time by himself. He' really cut up katie" said charlotte, putting an arm around my shoulder.

"I really think you should listen to what he has to say katie" said Louis empathetically. "I mean, i was angry with him at first but he told me what happened and well, i trust that he's being true" said Louis

"But how do you know that?" i shot at him

"I don't know. You just have to trust him katie." he said, putting his arm around my waist and ulling me in for a hug. I just nodded.

"You don't get it.. Every hour of every day that has passed, this second in fact flashed of what happened dart through my mind and i am reminded of a sobering fact; i ment nothing to Harry.." i said, eyes welling up
