Changing the Time

CHAPTER FIVE - ANOTHER

I pace around the room trying to get a idea of what Kate had just told me. She was now crying on the grounds as I thought.

I got on the ground and tried to help her calm down "Kate it's okay, he loves you right?" I asked her not even knowing maybe I shouldn't of started like that.

"I don't think so..." She sobbed harder tears rolled down her face as her voice cracked and hiccuped a thousand times a minute.

"Come on why would he be dating you then?" I asked as her tears stopped, she knew the answer.

"I think-I think-I think!" She starts to sob again. "YOU THINK WHAT KATE!" I yell shaking trying to get it out of her.

"YOU!" Kate screams and as I let go of her she falls on the ground.

"Kate don't say that I've supposedly haven't talked to him in awhile right?" I asked her.

"WHY ARE YOU QUESTIONING IF YOU'VE TALKED TO HIM?!!!!???" Kate hiccups and then she realizes.

"Do you actually come from that world?" she says gaping her mouth as the tears dropped to her shirt.

"It sounds weird but yes I actually come from a world where I only dated Deven in sixth grade and Eli is fighting for me to get back with him 24/7. I also have you and Kelly. I have a crush on Jake. I live in a world where Evan isn't in any of our live and where cameron is one of my good friends" I say openly.

"Is it weird that I actually believe you ." Kate honestly says.

I look at her wide eyed and laugh "probably but I'm speaking the full truth!"

"So Eli and I are pretty much a lie!" she says starting to sob again.

"I wouldn't say that maybe he has actually grown to like you don't jump to conclusions." I argue with her. Kate finally calms down breathing in and out.

"What am I going to do though about this?" Kate asks me hand motioning to her stomach. "Go to a doctor would be the best option and tell Eli.." I say getting up again and once again pace around the room.

"What if Eli breaks up with me?" Kate's voice cracks once again.

"That's the least of your worries now for something I've always wanted to do get a lot of pregnancy apps and show you the information!" I say chuckling.

"This isn't funny." Kate whines.

"It's better than acting sad." I say accusing her.

"HEY! I'm pregnant and very hormonal so I can definitely roast you." she says chuckling.

"I can't believe I'm pregnant." Kate sighs.

"I can't believe you are either." I slip out.

"wow thanks." Kate says with Irony.

Kate goes to take a sip of water when I say "especially with Eli!" I yell. WATER POURS OUT OF HER FACE as she chokes and coughs.

We start bursting out laughing even though nothing is normal and this is so fucking crazy. 

"I feel like it's bad that we're laughing about this remember when we joked about how abortion was a option with having a Eli generation!" I laugh.

Kate pauses "DON'T EVEN GO THERE!"

I put my hands up "Okay okay." I say.

We're silent for a few minutes and we lay down.

"Can we save the pregnancy apps for later?" Kate asks yawning.

"Awwwww fine!" I whine and we both soon fall alseep
