Mom insisted that I let Brennan stay over. So I did he went home first got his stuff and we went home I wasn't tired anymore. Hayley, mom and dad went to bed we went to the couch and turned on the tv.
"Truth or dare" he said which caught me by surprise. I couldn't pick dare because he was a guy I barley knew who was playing truth or dare with me at my house in a dark living room with sponge bob on tv.
"Truth" I finally replied.
"Hmmmm... Who do you like at our school?"
"I don't know quite yet and I plan not to know quite yet because Brennan were only 14 and 15"
"True"
"Truth or dare?" I asked
"Dare"
" I dare you to find a way to the roof"
"Sorry but I'm not going to fall off the roof today."
"Brennan you just got to live a little" I order him while tip toeing to my room were I could get to the roof.i went to a place were you couldn't fall off it like an inverted pyramid with blankets at the bottom.
"Hey you coming?!"
"Um I guess"in what felt like hours he was finally up.
"Wow" he said climbing in.
"cool right?" He just nodded and looked at the dark sky plastered with stars. he turned to me but my eyes were glued to the show above us.
"They're almost as pretty as you."
I was staring at him now then I looked up at the moon and my head fell onto his shoulder and his head fell on my head.
"Friends." I said. "just friends"
"fine"he replied and laughed
