Brennan eventually got caught and it was pretty funny. I'm going out of the hospital today and I'm hyped! Brennan decided he wanted me to come over today so i did. I went into my room and did a pretty easy hairstyle(the one above) and a flowery top. Hayley walked in on me doing my hair.
"Why are you getting so fancy?"she asked.
"Hay, have you seen Brennan?"I said and laughed.
" ohhhh I see... ANNIE HAS A CRUSH" she screamed repeatedly. I put my hand over her mouth.
" don't.say.a.word"
"I thought he liked you Annie? If you like him and he likes you? Why don't you get on with it?!"
"It's kind of complicated hay"
"Doesn't sound complicated to me." She said. TBH it wasn't complicated but Caleb and I had a pact that if we were to date anyone we would have to get permission from eachother. That's why it's complicated. I heard a ding dong and Hayley jump and ran as fast as she could to the door. I was just on the stair so they couldn't see me.
" Brennan I missed yooou"
"I missed uuuuuu toooo" he laughed.even though they saw eachother yesterday.
"Guess what?!?"she whispered. And I paused at the stair were they still couldn't see me.
"Annie liiiiikes you!!"she still whispered. Crap.
"Does she" Brennan said excitedly.i slowly backed upstairs which turned into a silent run. I told her to not.say.a.word. I droped on my bed then went into the bathroom and sat on the ground and fumbled with my thumbi and just worried about if this would turn into an awkward date or something. My stomach s twisted. I looked at the cieling and out of the corner of my eye I saw Brennan leaned against the doorway.
"Hey"he said with a soft smile.
"I know what Hayley told you"I said out of nowhere.
"Is it true?"I just looked at him then the ground. Then I just gave up hiding.
" it is, it is really true because your almost the sweetest kindest guy I have ever met" he smiled and helped me up.
"I accept that but almost?"he said chuckling.
"I looked at the ground and realized what I said. Then he understood.
"Oh I get it" he said quietly. I wiped my eyes quickly and asked.
"Lets go" I peeped out.and took his hand. He looked down at our hands and smiled.
"Friends" I reminded him.
"Really Annie!!"he laughed
"Sorry" I laughed along
