"I dont understand!" Mark frowns
"I have to go" I choke
I put my arms around his neck and he puts his hands on my waist
We stare at each other for a while, Then we kiss
He moves his hands and puts them behind my ears and on my cheeks
It makes me smile..
I hear a knock on my door and I step back
"What did you do?" Conner looks stern
I fix a peice of his blonde hair
"James's arm got sliced open" I reply
"From you?"
I nod
"WHY WOULD YOU DO THAT?!?!?!?" Conner yells
"She found out..."
Conner's eyes widen
Mark steps over to stand beside me
"I thought you knew that?" Mark asks
"I did, But this one should know what she did wrong!" Conner points at me
"Since when did you start carring a knife?!?!" Conner asks
"Since I was eight" I reply
Conner shakes his head and walks out slamming the door behind him
"He tried to protect you" Mark whispers
"Come with me!" I plead
My eyes start to water but I don't cry
"I can't leave but now I understand. You can't stay here anymore"
I nod. I wish I could stay with Conner, With Mark
But I know I am in danger if I stay!
"Conner and I will help keep them away from you" He adds
I reach for the door but he stops me and pulls me in for a kiss
"Goodbye Mark..." I swallow hard and turn around
I walk out of my room and walk over to Conner
"Bye Conner"
Conner nods back
I step out the front door and Never look back...
