Falling For You

Chapter fifteen: Matthew Winter

I wake up still outside on the grass. Guess I fell asleep there. I get up and walk into the shack. Everyone is still sleeping.

I hear a man yell "stop that boy" I guess it's a police officer

I hide behind the door and peek outside because if the officer sees me he will call my mom and I'll get in huge trouble

I end up making eye contact with the boy that the police are chasing. But only quickly cause their running pretty fast.

I saw him enough to tell that he is pretty cute.

Aww cute boy come back......

"What was that?" Alice asks

"Oh you know just a cute guy getting chased by the police...."

She runs over to me and looks outside

"Aww he's gone" she frowns

"Yeah I know..." I say back

James and Mike walk up behind us and say "ready to go?"

"Yeah I guess" I say

Me and Alice get up and start to follow James and Mike.

We stop at esso because we could and guess who I see sitting at one of the tables in esso

That's right .... The cute bad boy that was getting chased this morning

"Dibs" I whisper to Alice

She looks at me confused but then smiled when I started to walk over to the guy at the table

I sit across from him and he looks at me

"So did you get caught?" I ask hoping he remembered me

"Oh it's that girl that lives in that shack" he says

"I don't live in that shack me and my friends are looking for this girl who is trying to kill me and sliced my friends arm open with a knife" I say

"We'll that's...... Interesting and no i didn't get caught, I'm way to fast for those freaks"

I laugh "what did you do?" I ask

"I stole a pack of gum from a store..."

"Really?"

"Yeah and because I did that this police guy chases me all around the world trying to arrest me"

"I guess you get in trouble a lot"

"Yeah I guess you could say that...."

James walks over to us

"Hey Kristin who is your.......friend" James asks

"Oh this is umm" I realize I don't know his name

"Matthew Winter"

Oh my god he is so cute

"Yeah Kristin we gotta go" James says

"Kristin eh, can I call you Kris? Kristin is too long" Matthew asks

"She hates the name Kr-" James starts but I caught him off

"Of corse you can" I say

"KRISTIN we gotta go!" James says sounding.... I could even say jealous

"Kris is this your boyfriend?" Matthew asks

"NO!!" James and I both say

"So you're single?"

"Yep" I say

"Well...." James starts then stops

I look at him confused
