We aren't alone with our thoughts,
We have our words that stay with us,
They keep us intact, they keep us alive,
Our words show who we are,
Our passion, our hatred, all our joys, everything,
Our words show it all,
Nothing stays within us for very long,
We let it out as the ink from a pen,
Our tears stain the paper with emotions,
We know who we are,
We show who we are in different ways,
We live and breathe of a pen and paper,
We love and live just as you,
We are no different from you,
We are writers, born from pen and paper.
