I hope that everything is okay,
I hope that you're okay,
That you're happy,
And that you're finding everything you want,
Everything you deserve and so much more,
I'm not doing as well as I should,
It's been more than a year,
And I still struggle to forget you,
I can't let you go,
I still remember everything you said to me,
And I still wonder how much you cared,
I still wish and I still hope that one day you'll come back,
And make me happy again,
I've tried to move on, but it's so hard,
I don't understand,
Can you just tell me something?
Please,
I beg of you,
What did I do wrong?
Why did you let me go?
Can you please just tell me?
It still hurts so much,
I thought you loved me,
You were my world,
My everything,
I don't know if I'll ever be able to forget,
I don't know if I'll ever understand what happened,
Or what changed,
I guess you weren't supposed to stay,
You were meant to leave,
You weren't the one to make my forever possible,
But I'll figure it out,
One day I'll forget,
But thanks for everything,
For making me happy even if it was just for a fleeting moment,
Thanks for loving me,
Thanks for being the one I loved,
This letter is to the one I loved,
And I hope that you're able to read it one day,
I appreciate everything we had,
