Everything was dark. Alexander could barely see. The only light seemed to be muffled a small distance away.  The light lured him like a bug.

As he approached he saw an outline of a man. The man was hooded and the light seemed to be coming from his hands.

Alexander wasn't frightened to be this man at first. He felt some type of connection to him somehow.

Man: Sit young boy.

Alexander's body reacted on its own, forcing him to sit.

Alexander: Who are you?

Man: I am None and all now. I use to be you.

Just then Alexander recognized his voice. It was that voice he herd when he  fought Dusk first

Alexander: You were me?

Man: Yes, boy I might be asking too much of you.

Alexander didn't know what he had asked but something in him wanted to do what he told him to.

Alexander: What is it?

Man: I need you to destroy elements.

Alexander: What??

Man: They power people hold now isn't natural anymore. This world, your world has had enough of elements.  That's why you survived. To destroy them all.

Alexander: You want me to destroy elements? How would ... is that even possible?

Man: It is and now that your power is strong and controlled it can be done.

Alexander: What would that make everyone?

Man: The people would lose the ability to use their tainted gifts and revert to their intended states.

Alexander: What if I don't  want...

Man: Then I'll do it.

Alexander: No no.

He remembered being controlled, a feeling he disliked.

Alexander: I'll do it.

Man: Good.

He looked up at Alexander his eyes glowing the same color as his power creating a light in this void. He looked like Alexander.  Maby this was the true him. Maby ...no Alexander was himself and this was his past. He had to make a future for himself.

Alexander woke up to his gloves burning a green color. He had caused this. By the time Alexander put them out they were ash. His father's only gift that remained was gone.

He decides that he'll eliminate elements. He would live a life where everyone had no powers. Where discrimination against elements was nonexistent.

He had to.

To be continued...
How was it? I took a while writing this because  I took a short break to work on school stuff.
