Silf: Hurry up you two.

Hue: Silf your running we aren't in a rush.

Silf: But we are.

They get to Max's office and gray knocked.

Max: Yes come in.

They opened the door and stoped into the office.

Silf: Tell us where Alexander went.

Max: Alexander? Why do you want to-?

Gray: Max this is a matter of importance. Please just tell us.

Max looked at them. Their faces looked determined. Even if he had not told them where Alexander was headed they would have still gone.

Max: Very well only on one condition though.

Gray: Yes what is it?

Max: For safety purposes, you must take Ace.

Hue: Wait ...  The ace who left the school last year, the one related to you?

Max: Yes that Ace.

Silf covered hue's mouth so she could not argue against the term.

Silf: Fine well does so.

Max: Alexander went to the temple. Ace should be in his house outside of town.

He turned around in his chair facing the window.

Max: Gray?

Gray: Ya?

Max: Take care of Alexander and Ace will you?

Gray: Alright, I will.

Max turns to them and acting very childish.

Max: Alright now out it's time for me to pester my love again.

Two small birds flew out the window as the group turned out of the office. Silf released her grip on hue's mouth.

Hue: Why did you agree to those terms?

Gray: Max's intentions were just. He is making us take ace for many reasons. Most likely the big reason is protection.

Hue: But.

Gray: You'll just have to deal with him he is as strong as max and with who is after Alexander well need him.

Hue: Fine.

They were walking across the bridge when they saw Ryoko. She stood tall at the entrance to the college. As they walked past her they felt the dragon eyes peering through them.

A few more minutes of walking they made it the ace's house. Ace was a normally calm person but when Hue was involved he became a complete creep. Normally he was an average wallflower with a serious stare the shattered rock.

Before they even knocked on the door a shiver shot up hue's spine.

Silf: It's alright.

Hue: You don't know him like I do.

Gray knocked on the door. It opened to reveal a room full of books scattered around. Books were floating everywhere until ace looked back. Hue hit behind gray trying not to be spotted. Slif walked in towards Ace.

Silf: Hey Ace long time no see.

Ace: Oh it's you.

Silf: What is that supposed to mean?

Ace: I thought someone else was here. Anyways I guess this letter was indicating you and him.

He points at gray still not seeing Hue.

Silf: Ya well and someone else too.

Gray moved out the way showing Hue. Ace instantly formed a large smile on his face replacing his dreary expression.

Ace: Oh my sweet Hue. Why have you not visited me sooner.

Yes, ace is very similar to Max. It's a family thing . But be cautious of ace he is a lot more sadistic than max ever could be.
