ROSE'S POV

After all the commotion that happened with Britney, I finally made it to first period with Jennifer. Her crush was in that class and I had wayyyyy too much fun with.

"Hey there's your lover." I said smiling as he walked in, he was staring at Jennifer.

"Oh shut up." Jennifer said laughing.

Jennifer was my best friend. She didn't care about who I was and accepted me. I have to say Jennifer is a badass too.

This girl came over to us.

"Hey girls welcome back." the girl said.

"Thanks..." I said looking at her. This girl was one of the most popular girls in school her name was, Sara Star. I know, really weird name it's almost like a fairytale.

I don't get why she was talking to us though... I'm known as the freak at the school. I came to school wearing a jacket and I planned to keep it on.

"So, Rose, isn't it? Why are you wearing a jacket in August?" Sara said looking at me.

"Why not?" I said smiling back at her.

"Well I really love it... do you mind if I borrow it for today?" Sara said looking at me.

"Um... no sorry I can't... I would like to keep it for today." I said trying to keep my voice regular.

"Oh. Can't you at least take it off?" Sara said insisting.

"No thank you." I said looking at her and Jennifer was looking at me worried. We both knew something and I thought no one else had knew.

Someone told them my secret.

JENNIFER'S POV

I was looking at Rose worried. I know how uncomfortable she is with these things.

"Sara, why don't you leave us alone? Rose obviously doesn't want to be talked to. We were having a conversation before. So could you please go?" I said beaming at her. Sara annoyed me because she thought she was better than everyone.

"No need to sass. I just wanna know about her jacket." Sara said.

"I wasn't sassing. Now please leave before I get annoyed." I said trying to be patient with her.

"Look here, Jennifer, you're not new and you know that no one talks to me that way." Sara said making her voice get all high and whiney.

This girl was getting on my nerves. I've never talked to her and I want to show her up. Then I slammed my hand on my desk and stood up.

"Look, Sara, isn't it? NO ONE FUCKING CARES IF YOU WANT A STUPID JACKET," I started off yelling, "IF YOU WANT THAT JACKET GO FUCKING BUY IT WITH ALL THE MONEY YOUR DADDY EARNS. I DONT CARE IF NO ONE TALKS TO YOU THIS WAY, NOW SOMEONE HAS." I finished letting out my burden and sit back down.

Sara just stood there in silence and then stormed back to her seat, obviously angry.

I knew the whole class was staring at me, including Daniel. Our teacher wasn't in the classroom yet luckily or I don't know what would happen.

"You certainly showed her." I heard a guys voice say behind me. It sounded very familiar.

Then I turned around and of course it had to be Daniel.

"I guess." I said blushing and shrugged.

"She needed to be shown up." Daniel said confidently and nodded.

"She did..." I said. Why was he talking to me? Daniel is very popular but very nice.

"Anyway I'll be across the room, ok? We should meet up at lunch." Daniel said smiling.

WAIT WHHATTT. DID HE JUST?...

"Yeah sure.. that sounds awesome." I said trying to keep my cool.

"Ooooh lala, someone has got them a boy toy and luckily.... he's your crush." Rose said to me, nudging me with her elbow.

"Whatever he just asked me to eat lunch with me." I said calmly, trying to be smooth.

"Yea yea SOUNDED LIKE A DATTTEEEE." Rose said and the very end in a sing-song voice.

"Yeah yeah so romantic. The cafeteria where I don't even think the meat is meat." I laughed.

"Just do your thing." Rose said winking and I just laughed
