Ash's POV
I walked around the corner and I see Rose and some douchebag.
"Excuse me, what's going on?" I said trying not to sound pissed.
"Nothing." Rose responded quickly.
"Everything." The douchebag said. I raised an eyebrow.
"Let go of me! I hate you!" Rose screamed and I was just staring at the both of them. I love Rose but I don't know what I should do.
"You know you've never said my name since I've been here." The douche said to Rose and I was just standing there.
"I know and I never want to." Rose said sternly and then she looked at me with pleading eyes.
"You know, mystery guy, why don't you move along and not get sent to the principles office?" I said sternly wanting to punch the shit out of him.
"Fine." He said and whispered something in Rose's ear, then left.
Rose was just looking at me. I really wanted to just hug her but I didn't. I couldn't.
We made eye contact. She was giving me this look, like she was saying sorry. I quickly turned around and walked away.
I heard footsteps behind me and I sighed.
"Hey wait!" Rose said behind me but I just kept walking.
"Ash, are you mad?" She said in a quiet voice. That made me stop. Am I?
I turned around and softened my expression when I saw her eyes filled with sadness.
"I'm not mad." I said trying to sound assuring to her as I caressed her cheek.
"Ok... I'm sorry I've been a mess the past two days I kinda went to the hospital last night and-"
"Wait. You went to the fucking hospital?!" I screamed and looked at her. She seemed to jump at that.
"Yes." Rose said looking at me a bit scared.
"Why were you in the hospital?" I said trying to sound calm. I'm so pissed off though. So pissed off.
"Well it's just I uh passed out and Jennifer found me and didn't know what to do so she called 911 and I was at the hospital." She said slowly looking into my eyes. I let out a breath of relief.
"Ok just be careful." I said and kissed her on the cheek then walking away.
I love you Rose Tyler but I can't have you can I?
No I can't.
