Chapter 38

(JOKER's POV)

I quickly grab an empty black duffle bag, then began running to a house. Ivy's.

Banging on her door, she quickly opens it.
"Oh, it's just you. What do you want?" She says with an attitude.

"They've kidnapped Harley." I say, trying to catch my breath from all the running that had just occurred.

"Who!?" She begins to freak out, while she taps her foot on the ground.

"I don't know-"

"What do you mean you don't know!?" She says throwing her hands in the air.

"All I saw was the helicopter that took her-" she cuts me off.

"Okay! What did it look like!?"

"Black, like the..." My eyes widen... "they took her again!! I know who it is!" I say.

"Well tell me then!!" She demands

"Waller. Amanda fucking Waller." I snort.

"Oh gosh... well. What are we going to do! She has a strong security system, and a whole lot of people that can secure her." Ivy says, rubbing her head.

"I don't know." I say softly.

"Why'd they take her?"

Good question.

"I don't know, they want BatMan. But why would Waller want BatMan?" I start thinking very thoroughly.

"I'll look into it. Till then, you can stay here ; just to make sure your ass won't get caught out there. I'll call Cat now." She opens the door widely.

"Thanks." I say in a small tone.

Walking in, I see that majority of her apartment is green. Plants almost everywhere. Sighing, I sit down.
"Got any weapons?" I say, skimming the place.

"Yeah, follow me." As she shows me her weapon room, suddenly we hear a door bell ring.

Ivy opens the door, and Cat walks in.

"I came as fast as possible!" Cat says, "I'll hack into the system right away!" She says bringing in a luggage.

(HARLEY's POV)

Sitting down in the seat, someone walks in a mask.
"Who are you!?" I yell. They then begin to take their mask off.

My eyes widen, the person begins smiling.
