Summary: This is an AU where Michelle is at TNS but West is not – he's still a street dancer

It was just an average day for Michelle.

She woke up, and went to the mall.

Because anyone who knew Michelle knew that she loved shopping. The blonde absolutely loved it. She ate, slept and breathed shopping.

After parking her car, Michelle walked in, noticing how there was a large amount of people in the centre – a lot more than usual.

Confused as to why the crowds were so large, the blonde-haired girl walked up to a group of girls about her age, sitting by the fountain that adorned the open space of Sunnymills Shopping Centre in Toronto.

The group of girls were talking quite loudly, and in an excited fashion as Michelle approached, and a few looked like they were near having an emotional breakdown.

"Hi there," The blonde-haired girl interrupted their conversation, smiling as she spoke.

"I was just wondering if you knew what was happening today? Why there's so many people?" Michelle continued, slight confusion slipping into her questions.

A brunette girl smiled excitedly, looking at the blonde-haired girl.

"You won't even believe – Seeds is performing here today. I literally love them so much! And West is gonna be here as well!" The girl gushed, as the others looked on in content.

"They are such good dancers, but West is the best! So dreamy," Another girl chimed in, sighing happily.

"Oh okay, thanks," Michelle smiled, before heading off.

A dance troupe? She'd never heard of Seeds, but then again, being at The Next Step, you didn't really run into any street crews.

After finding out who they were, Michelle headed off to her intended event – shopping till she dropped.

~ An Hour Later ~

"Thank you," Michelle smiled at the cashier, before grabbing her bag and walking out of the store.

It had only been an hour, yet the blonde-haired girl had already been to fourteen stores, and had twelve bags.

A true shopaholic, one might say.

Deciding that her arms needed to be emptied before she could buy anything else, Michelle walked out of the mall and into the parking lot.

Wanting to return to her shopping, the blonde-haired girl quickly rummaged around her purse, fumbling with the items in it as she tried to retrieve her keys.

Quickly grabbing the jingly, silver object, Michelle quickly pressed the 'unlock' button, and power walked to her car. She smiled as she went to the boot, thinking about a cute mini skirt she'd seen on a mannequin, and almost stopped to buy.

'Afterwards' Michelle thought to herself, yanking the boot open.

Lost in thought, the blonde-haired girl put the bags in her boot at a tremendous pace, eager to get back to her intended business.

Michelle slammed the boot in haste, but stopped before she continued walking back to the shopping centre.

There had been something nagging at her curiosity all morning – she wanted to find out who this West guy was.
