I felt a bit dirty writing this, but it was requested so....
Anyway, on with the story!
Summary: Some say chatrooms aren't safe, but others say they met their true love through online dating....

Thalia sighed, dumping her bag at the end of her bed. She walked over to her desk and opened her computer, hoping to find a message from her friend.
The brunette girl had signed up to a dancing chat room to try and meet some more people and have new connections, but she was not having any luck. Until one day, she came across 'BlondBunny21'.
They had been talking for almost a month now, and Thalia was glad that she had a friend she could talk to and confide in.
Stuff she shared with no one else.
Sure, Thalia loved her friends at The Next Step, and she was extremely close with them all, but they didn't understand her.
And sometimes it felt like no one ever did, until BlondBunny21 came along.
Somehow, he understood her, and could relate to everything she vented and ranted about. He knew what it felt like to be alone, and as if no one understands or cares about you.
He had told Thalia that he was going through a harsh breakup where everything was just muddled, and that everyone was blaming him for it, when in reality, he just went with his heart.
And it felt like no one was asking him to see if he was alright, or okay – like he just had to suck up whatever he was feeling.
And Thalia totally got it. She knew exactly what it felt like to always be the comforter, but never the comforted.
Sometimes it felt lonely, because all you were ever doing is trying to be accepted and appreciated.
But Thalia felt like she was always alone, with no one to pick her up when she fell down.
And she may or may not have liked him a bit – but she would NEVER tell him that! It sounded crazy, because she had never met him, but it felt like their connection ran deeper than just looks and faces.
And it was almost as if they were closer than she was with her other friends because Thalia didn't know who he was – so everything was anonymous.
That meant that she could open up about anything she was thinking without the fear of embarrassment, because she too had a different username.
They had had many conversations about different things. In fact, there probably hadn't been a day where they haven't talked to each other.
Thalia quickly pressed the Chrome icon and typed in the familiar words to the chat room – Dance Connections Canada.
A little red circle with a '1' appeared on her inbox, and Thalia didn't think she'd ever been quite as excited as this.
Quickly clicking on the icon, Thalia looked to see that the message had been sent on a minute ago, so she quickly scanned the screen to see what the message said.
BlondBunny21: Hey, what's up? Dance was so stressful today :(
Smiling to herself, Thalia replied instantly.
TallyGirl46: Nothing much... Just got home from dance! It was tough!!!!
After a few small moments of waiting, a response came from her friend.
BlondBunny21: Well we've been prepping for nationals so... it's kind of understandable :)
Thalia's eyes widened – her friend was going to be there too?
