When Justin came back in from being on the phone, he told Drew that they needed to talk.  I wanted to ask what it was, but decided to keep my nose out of it.  It wasn't my business.

"Can you stay here for me, beautiful?  We will only be a few minutes."  Drew asked.

"What's going on?"  I asked.  I wish'd he would tell me what he was doing, I hated being in the dark.  Now that we were together, I thought he would let me in on what he was doing, where he went for his 'trips', but it didn't change anything.

"It's nothing, beautiful.  Just stay up here and relax."  He said kissing my forehead.

  "Ok."  I said sighing.

"I will be right back."  He said, walking out of the room and closing the door behind him.  I laid down in Drew's bed and closed my eyes.  I needed to calm down.  I told myself.  When I felt myself drifting off into sleep, my phone rang.  Groaning, I turned over and checked it.  Iz was calling.

"Hey, Iz.  What's up?"  I asked sleepily.

"Come to 44 Ridge Road."  I heard an unfamiliar male voice say.

I shot out of the bed, my breath quickening.  "Who the hell is this?"  I asked.

"Come alone if you ever want to see your friends again."  He said before hanging up.  I looked at my phone wide eyed.  Did that really just happen?  I asked myself.  They had Iz and probably Shawn, I needed to go save them.  But I needed to tell Drew, he could help-the mans last words rang through my mind.  I couldn't tell Drew, they would kill Iz.

With that in mind, I crept down the stairs as fast as I could, not making any sounds.  When I made it outside, I heard Drew yelling for me to stop.  I began to run faster towards my bike.

"Jewel, stop!"  Drew cried, getting closer.  I jumped on my bike, and took off.  I felt bad for running like that, but I had to save my friends, that was my first priority right now.  I drove to the address, going way over the speed limit but I didn't care. My breath caught in my throat.  It was my childhood home.  I didn't even realize the address when the man told me, I was too caught up in saving Iz.

I turned off my bike and got off, taking hesitant steps towards it.  It was getting dark out, and I don't think there was any electricity in the house, so I needed to do this fast.  I opened the door and peered in, it was quiet, part of it already dark.  I closed the door quietly once I was fully inside and looked around.  If my father was here, and he was trying to harm my friends, I won't hesitate in killing him.  I've been waiting for this oportunity for too long, it was time to end it.  With this in mind, I began to walk around in search of Iz and Shawn.

I first walked in the kitchen, but there was nothing.  Literally.  No fridge, no counters, no sink.  Nothing.  I walked out and into the living room.  I kept looking around in case someone tried to attack me when I wasn't looking.  Where was everyone?  I would think that this place would be crawling with men who worked for my father, but there was no one.

"Hello?"  I called out.  No answer.  I was beginning to wonder if anyone was here.  Was I the only one here and it was a joke?  No, Iz wouldn't do that, and besides, she's never been here before.  What if it was Shawn?  I quickly shook that thought away.  He wouldn't do that.

I crept out of the living room and down the hall where everyone's rooms were located.  The first room was Jack's.  I opened the door quietly and peecked inside.  There was nothing.  I sighed in relief and made my way towards my parents room.  I took a deep breath and opened the door.  Still nothing.  The whole house was empty.  There was no furniture, no pictures, nothing.  Someone must've come in and stripped the place bare.  I closed the door behind me and walked to my old room.  I had'nt been here since Drew brought me, but this time the energy felt uncomfortable unlike last time.
