He trolled a corrupt owner of a small town into give up the deed to the entire area, including the coal mines, and traded it for multiple diamonds. Since trading with commoners was illegal in that area, Bodil said to sign it "free of charge to a higher rank" and he agreed.

Hooooowevveer, Bodil ended up selling the deed to the town's coal mining leader and immediatley left before the corrupt officers found out.

Even if they did find him, he would still be a "higher rank" since it would be stated on the deed and the officers would have no right to take it from him.

If he would've kept it, he would've been sitting on tax money, progessive coal spikes, and his salary. IMAGINE THE MONEY!

However, he decided to give it to the children and ask them to take the paper to the strongest man in their town.
