Three days have passed but still no call from her. Bukas na ang huling araw ng palugit na binigay ko sa kanya para tanggapin ang offer ko. Maybe the other company she had applied have better offer. Anyway, it's not as if I am desperate for her to take that offer. I can easily hire someone else.

"You bet", sagot ko sa kanya. Binigyan niya ako ng isa pang shot ng scotch.

"Well, I haven't seen you here this last few weeks. Been busy, huh?"

"Yeah. Have a lot of stuff to do before the opening of the resort."

"You deserve a break, man. All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy".

I just smirked at what he said while watching him mixing some drinks for the other customers. Maybe I'm just too horny for being celibate this past few weeks. Indeed, work made me a very dull boy. But that's going to change tonight. I'll make sure of it. And then, once I quench my sexual thirst, I might finally forget that witch.
