Ch. 3

Normani's POV
Oh shit she's coming over here. Act natural. "What're you doing here? And why are you all up in my conversation!?!" She said once she got to me. "Oh please! I could care less about your dumb phone call! You were just... Um...blocking the view of the...noodles!" Nice save. She looked down in my buggy. "You already got noodles?" She looked at me weirdly and I had to come up with a quick lie. "Oh I got the wrong ones. The chicken noodle soup helps me better when I have a cold." I'm just on a roll today. "Really?" She asked. I nodded my head. She walked the few steps back and grabbed the soup and put it in her own buggy ."Anyway move out of my way." She tried to walk past me but our buggies bumped into each other. "Clumsy much!!!" I yelled her way while changing the direction of my cart. "Shut the f-" she looked down at the child in the basket then back at me. Instead of saying anything else she rolled her eyes and walked off. "Always walking away from confrontations I see! You're weak, and you'll always be weak!" I shouted after her. When I calmed down I looked to see everybody staring at me. Uggghhh. I walked to the checkout line and paid for everything. After that I had headed home, where I then got ready for Lauren's house.

Dinah's POV

--That night--

"WOO I FWEEL DRRRUNK AS HEYYLL!!!" Camila shouted. "BABE U LOOK DRUNK AS HELL!" Austin yelled over the loud music. "You guys are crazy." I told them. "DINAHHHHH. ILLL DDRRIINNK FOWR THHAA BOTTHH UVV UZZ TOONIGHT!" I heard Zendaya in the back. "Thank you boo! And tell Troy wherever he is at that Ally said go light on the booze. "OKKAAYYDOCCKKAYY!!" I flinched at the loud noise. "Alright bye guys." I waved to them and clicked end call on FaceTime.

"Ally! Did you set up the movie?" I yelled from upstairs. "Yeah it's starting!" She yelled back. I walked downstairs to an adorable site. Seth was just in his underpants with his hair all messy while Ally was bundled up in blankets with a onesie on. "Why is he half naked when it's freezing down here?" I laughed. She gave me a funny look. "He complained saying he's hot!" I just laughed at her. "I'll go get some more blankets and you can make his soup" I told her while walking to the storage closet. "Sure thing."

After grabbing a bunch I threw them on the couch and went upstairs to put on my lion king onesie. Once I was all snug I grabbed a box of Kleenex and walked downstairs. They were already cuddled up on the couch so I made myself comfy beside them. When I sat down, Ally rested her feet on my lap and Seth somehow burrowed himself between us with his soup "Let's start already!" I told Ally as she grabbed the remote and clicked play on Finding Nemo.

Every now and then there would be a slight sneeze from Seth, but honestly, I felt like he was getting better. I really wish I was out with my gang partying the night away, but I couldn't ask for a more precious moment. Once Finding Nemo was over I had turned my head to see both Ally and Seth asleep. Awweee. Too cute. I picked up Seth's bare body and took him to his bed.  When I got back downstairs I threw myself back on the couch beside Ally. She squirmed a little then looked up at me. "What time is it?" She groggily asked. I checked the clock and it read 11:30. "Half an hour till midnight." I told her while I got under the blankets and extended my legs. "Dinah, you're legs are crushing my stomach." She tried to move them but I was too comfortable to move any more. "Sorry boo. Goodnight!" I said as I closed my eyes. There was a little bit more of shuffling and then she stopped moving. "Goodnight Dinah." She said.

Normani's POV

I had just finished popping the popcorn, then made my way back upstairs to Lauren's room. "Mani! Just in time for your turn!" Tori had said when I sat on the floor. "Yeah. I have the perfect dare for you." Lauren said who was across Tori. Lauren, Tori, Alexa, and I were stuffing our faces while playing truth or dare. "Who said I was going to chose dare?" I said with an evil glare. "Mani!!! It's no fun when you don't chose dare!" Alexa yelled at me while throwing some popcorn at me. "Aye! Watch the hair!" I yelled back while throwing popcorn her way.
