Ch. 13

Idk how but chapter thirteen got deleted. So I tried to rewrite it from memory. Now it's not exact, but I think it's a pretty darn good job. Sorrryyy!

Dinah's POV

"Dinah...What was that!" Ally asked me looking around frantically. "I don't know I think it came from around the corner." I motioned for Ally to follow me as we rounded the corner. In the distance, we could see two bodies lying on the ground. We slowly started walking over to them in fear of them just jumping up and scaring us. As soon as we get even closer, the two bodies come in view and I'm instantly disgusted. I stop Ally an she gives me a confused look. "Ally I need you to call 911 for me ok!" I tell her as I have a grip on her shoulders. She pulls out her phone and I run over to the two people laying out in the street. "No no no. Shit!" The two bodies laying there belonged to Austin and Troy. "NO!" I yelled only seeing a little movement from Troy.

When I reached them I got on the ground and tried pulling Troy up but he was too heavy. He started coughing up blood just as I was panicking. "Troy! Stay with me! Stay with me!!!" I tried to keep him awake but he slowly went limp in my arms. "Fuck!" I let him go and moved to Austin. "Austi-" I covered my mouth at the image I saw. Austin's head was in a pool of blood as he stared up at the night sky. "Shit!" I tried to pick him up too but the second I did more blood rushes from the back of his head. I quickly went to the side of the grass to throw up the contents from the party. Who the hell would do this?

"Fuck!" I yell out in frustration. As I move back to Troy I lift up his head and start shaking him to keep him awake.

"Dinah! They're on the way! Who is it?" As I heard Ally's voice come up I quickly got up and rushed in front of her. "Ally listen to me." I grabbed her shoulders and she kept trying to look over me. "Dinah who is it..." she looked up into my eyes. I couldn't even make eye contact with her as I grabbed her hand and moved to the side. She looked at the body and instantly broke down.

"Troy! Baby I'm here! I'm right here!" She was about to get closer so I grabbed her but it was too late. She saw Austin's body.
"AHHH!" I quickly grabbed her and embraced her.

"Ally listen to me. I need you to run back to the party and get the car because as soon as the ambulance gets here we need to follow them." She was sobbing uncontrollably in my shirt but I could soon feel her head nod.

As I let go of the embrace I gave her the keys and she took off down the street and around the corner. Quickly I took off my jacket and crouched down beside Troy. I applied pressure to the bullet wound hoping that I didn't just make things worst.

Once the bleeding looked like it was contained, I held the cloth with one hand and brought my other to Austin's face. I caressed his cheek then slowly closed his eyes. After that I held Austin's hand with my free hand. "I love you guys..." it was that moment I had realized that I was crying. As I heard the sirens around the corner, I just sat there, one hand on Troy and the other holding Austin's.

Ally's POV

When I pulled up in the car, they had just finished loading the ambulance. Dinah quickly opened the door I assume to say that she was driving. I get in the passenger seat just as Dinah starts the car and pulls off behind the ambulance.

"Dinah...what if he doesn't make it?" I wipe away a couple stray tears that continued to sit on my cheeks.

"Don't even think like that Ally. He'll make it!" She told me. I scoffed. "HOW CAN YOU SAY THAT!! LOOK AT AUSTIN!" I was now full out crying. I couldn't see my future without Troy in it.

Out of no where, Dinah put her hand in mines and brought our hands up. "Ally, whatever happens, you just have to believe okay? You have to believe, and you have to trust me. Okay?" I looked over at Dinah and she was half paying attention to the road and half paying attention to me. "Okay." I whispered, unable to speak all of a sudden. "We'll get through this together." She kissed the back of my hand but then left my hand in hers. I gave a soft smile and then looked out the window. I needed a distraction so I counted the numerous trees we passed by. Then out of no where I remembered Camila. Somebody has to break the news to her. I grabbed my phone out of my pocket and decided to text Camila to let her know Austin was at the hospital. That's all I could say. I didn't want to be the one to ruin her night.
