"If you want me to sign this contract with your firm you're going to give yourself to me from now until I'll decide otherwise " he stared at him intensely, tightening his hold.
Timothy remained speechless, too shocked to react to the offensive straightforward words . This was too direct, too subtle and just overall too much.
Is he serious?
"This is... this is ridiculous! "
Timothy let out at last and it was indeed ridiculous, the whole situation seemed bizarre and crazed.
"You may think whatever you want but I'm still very serious, this is my term- accept it and I'll sign, decline and you may leave my office without the contract. "
Timothy ripped his hand from the man, glaring. "This is none sense and I'm not going to take part in this! "
he got up in anger and turned to leave but he was suddenly pulled down, falling in the lap of Mr Carmichael, his back pressed to his chest.
"Don't be hasty, what will your father think if you're going to return empty handed, hm? Do you want to lose that badly what is probably your biggest success so far? to let it all go to waste?"
Archibald held him close, one hand around Timothy's abdomen while the other holding his left hand. It was hard for him to think in this position, he was pressed against Archibald's firm chest, so close he could feel the man's breath. His logic told him to get away, to pull back but his body didn't obey - he was melting to the touch of that sinful man.
What will your father think?
Timothy was searching for a solution, for something that would save him. He couldn't go back without the sign, regardless of it putting him as the firm's joke , it might trigger his father's poor health and with that he couldn't handle. But that only left him with one choice - surrendering to Archibald Carmichael. How could this be right? if he did agree and his father would find out it'd bring him a great shame and might cause him to collapse again .
Timothy was screwed either way , the only thing he could do now was choose the less harm bringing choice because his father's health was on the line. How in hell did he find himself in such a situation? It was maddening and infuriating, he wanted to find his will power so he could detach himself from the man and run away.
"Well?"
Timothy gulped nervously, considering his options once again before realizing he had no better solution but selling his soul to the devil.
"I'll do it but promise me you'll keep it discreet, just between the two of us." Timothy sighed in defeat, gritting his teeth. What choice did he have? he was practically blackmailed!
Archibald chuckled "Of course, you've got a wife after all " ,Timothy tried his best not to lose control, he might as well end up punching that man.
"Now sign! "
"First let's seal the deal with a kiss "
"Wha--"
Timothy turned only for his lips to be caught in Archibald's in a bruising lust filled kiss that left him breathless. Archibald's lips were soft yet demanding as they claimed Timothy's. "Now I'll sign "
Archibald murmured against Timothy's lips, his desire filled eyes staring at him and Timothy was unfortunately, captivated._____________________________________
Back in his car Timothy sat dazed, he felt intoxicated with the way his mind was spinning and his heart was pounding, he was trying to get a grip of himself. His phone buzzed and he checked the new message , scowling at the sender.
How did he get my phone number?
Maybe it was foolish of him to even wonder, he was dealing with a powerful and rich man- of course he could get his number like nothing .
Reading the message his eyebrows came closer as his frown deepened.
Meet me at Denver Hotel at 10 , ask for room 226.
Timothy looked at the signed contract laying next to him, he was starting to have regrets.
Timothy couldn't help but notice the other messages he had, all from Harvey, all unread. Harvey stopped sending him messages a few days ago and Timothy although curious didn't open any of them, Harvey belonged to the past, nothing in those messages was worthy of his time.
Timothy started his car and took off towards the firm, he had a busy day ahead of him and he needed to get it all done early so he could make it at time to Denver Hotel.
