Your feelings are valid.
Your feelings are valid. No one can deny what you feel. I know sometimes you can feel guilty about what you're feeling but you can't help what you feel. You can't control your emotions. You can't control what makes you mad, or what makes you sad, or what makes you happy. If someone tells you that your feelings aren't valid, know that they are wrong. They don't know what you feel! It's your mind, not theirs. You are the one who has those emotions.
Your gender is valid.
Not all people have trouble with gender identity, but some people including myself, have some troubles with it. Mine is minor but other people are seriously fucking confused about their gender and that's okay!! Gender isn't just boy/girl. Find what makes you feel comfortable in your own skin, what you would feel comfortable being called. Pronouns shouldn't be ignored but they also aren't everything. You're more than your gender.
Your sexuality is valid.
Again, some people know exactly what their sexuality is but some people are just like what am I? A lot of people struggle with this so if you feel this way, you're definitely not alone. I've dealt with it, some of my friends have, people who you talk to, and people that you've never even talked to have struggled with being comfortable with their sexuality. People deny what they feel inside and it's sometimes hard to embrace what you are and I'm not going to give you the "when you embrace it, you'll feel so much better!!" because sometimes realizing your sexuality is really fucking scary!! So is finding your gender sometimes. But in the long run, do what makes you most comfortable.
The reason I decided to write this is because I've struggled with these things and I just want you all to know that you matter!! And these things don't define you as a person. You define yourself. What you feel, what you are, and who you like are parts of you but none of them singularly define you.
