Auditions And Step Parents(Pt 1)

Jack's POV

Mark and I both wrapped out arms around Jenna and Emily. "I won't let anything happen to either of you." Mark said to Jenna as she dug her head into the crook of my neck. I felt my face heat up.... am I seriously jealous. I know there is no reason for that, Mark wouldn't ever do anything and neither would Jenna.

I shook the thought from my head as I kissed the top of her head. "Hey, its okay... He can't get to you here... Plus you have your audition in a few weeks right?" I said sweetly, hoping that would taking her mind off of things.

Jenna's POV

A few weeks later I was standing back stage of my audition. I can hear the crowd screaming, the person on stage was pretty good, Alicia already turned her chair for him. I was watching on a huge monitor that was going to be broadcasted to everyone. I am shaking uncontrollably right now. I'm freak if out. Mark and Jack were in the back watching my screen as I had a camera trained on me.... This is not gonna be fun with this camera just sitting here.

I took a deep breath as he exited the stage. "Wow that was... incredible. I'm so happy for you." I said with a smile.

He looked at me and smiled. "Thanks... good luck out there." He said walking past me.

Oh yeah... out there... fun. I took another deep breath trying not to freak out.

I closed my eyes and tried to shake the nervousness from my hair as someone grabbed me. "Hey come on you are up" She said.

I looked at her with wide eyes as she shoved me toward the center of the stage as the music started.


Mark's POV:

Jack and I were ushered into this red and black room with a big flat screen TV where we were watching the judges talk. When we saw Jenna walk on stage behind them. "Oh my god... I'm so nervous." Jack said biting a nail.

He looked even more nervous then she did. But I knew she would be fine.


Jenna's POV: (Start Music)

I took a deep breath as the music started.

"Wise men say, only fools rush in." I sang. "But I cant help falling in love with you. Oh shall I stay, would it be a sin. Oh if I can't help falling in love with you." I took a deep breath as Images of Jack popped into my brain, I knew that this song was meant for him. I told him at the beginning that all my music would be meant... for him.

I heard that familiar sound and opened my eyes to see Blake looking at me with a smile. I couldn't hide the smile on my face as I continued.  "Like a river flows surely to the sea. Darling so it goes, some things are meant to be. Take my hand, take my whole life too. Oh for I cant help falling in love with you."

Jack's POV:

I was awe struck, her voice was absolutely beautiful, and she meant this song to me. Not anyone else, but me. I nearly jumped with jo like mark did when both Adam and Alicia both turned around.

"Come on Miley, come on Miley." I whispered as she continued to sing, sending shivers down my spine and my heart fluttering in my stomach.

Jenna's POV:

Can I die now. Oh my God. I was shaking but I couldn't stop the smile on my face as I Looked out at the judges who had turned. "Wow, that was amazing." Alicia said as Mileys chair turned around on its own. "You really have a gift." She said with a smile.

Yep I'm dead. "Thank you so much." I answered. I wouldn't know what to say except thank you I'm at a loss for words.

"What's your name sweetheart?" Adam asked me.

I took a breath and smiled. "Jenna Masters." I said blushing.

Blake laughed lightly. "I tell you what, you sure were the master of that stage."

I couldn't help but laugh at the corny joke. "Wow, jokes... really." Miley laughed.

I felt like I was gonna squeal and fall into a puddle after they had all said something. "Alright, Jenna Masters. You have a very important decision ahead of you."

I took a deep breath. "Oh my god I honestly cant believe this umm.... I choose...."
