On The Road

I landed with a plop into his lap and wrapped my arms around him with a smile. I heard his soft giggle as he wrapped me into a tight hug. The smile on my face was huge. I couldn't help it. I can't believe how much I missed being in his arms. I glance around him and se Mark, the soft sad smile is unmistakable. The look made me shake, how was I going to do this? I pull away and look at Jack. "I'm so happy you guys are here." I say, my hands on his shoulders.

Jack's warm smile reaches me first. "I'm just glad we could get you out of that place." He said as Alicia climbed into the limo. I still can't believe that she bailed me out at all. "Thank you so much Miss Keys." Jack said rubbing smooth circles into my back as the Limo started up again.

Mark nodded. "Yeah thank you. We are so grateful."

Alicia smiled. "Don't thank me just yet. Were not done here. We still have a baby to get back don't we?" She asked slash suggested.

I nod. "Yeah, my sister. But how? She is probably already in Washington. Its at least a 12 hour drive to get there."

My coach smiled. "Then we better not get pulled over." She answered as I settle myself in between Jack and Mark. I can only hope Jack doesn't feel this awkward tension between Mark Him and I.

Jack's POV

This Alicia Keys girl is extremely nice. She has done so much for us in just the span of a few hours. I clutch Jenna's hand with a smile and place a soft kiss to the top of her hand. Did... did Mark just glare? I glance in his direction and he is looking out the window... huh... guess I missed it... but I am going to keep an eye on him at least for now.

Mark's POV

I feel like my blood is going to bubble over. I feel like my skin is burning from the inside out, and I can't do anything about it. I let out a sigh as I glance out the window, this can't be happening. I let out another soft quiet sigh until I feel Jenna's fingers interlock with mine. I pause and look over confused. She gave me that heartwarming smile and I swear I melted into her touch. She is so amazing, please let this car ride last forever.

((I know that updates have been taking forever and I apologize I just finished moving all of my things across country. But.... here is the new update hooray!
