Hurts Like Hell Jason (Todd / Red Hood x oc)

Mission

ONE YEAR LATER

Life is good, I was adopted by Bruce Wayne which went wild because I was the first girl to get adopted, I was also a new side kick of batman.

I was living the life,i had everything and even more but I felt like I owed brunce for it all, so I did my part for him, dick, alfred and well jason. I was in the living room doing homework when Jason ran in "hey Ashley~, wanna come play GTA with me?" he was at the back of the couch leaning over to speak to me "i can't, I have homework... so do you mr Todd" I said as I looked over my shoulder.

He moaned "ahh, I cant be assed with all that crap" I giggled before looking at my homework again, I had done most of it " hmmm... okay then. Just for a bit" his eyes light up at my answer. He picked me up before taking me to his room "i can walk you know?" I stated but he just laughed.

We reached his room and I sat on his bed. We played a few rounds and so far he was winning "ahh come on jay" I moan, he smiled before taking me into him lap "sorry babe, but I ain't my fault you have bad aim" I laughed before kissing him. We've been dating from roughly 6 months now, Bruce knew but he said its okay as long as we keep it professional when we're out on patrol.

I pulled away and looked at the time "okay, times up jay" I said as I stood up. I felt him wrap his arms around my waist "why?, you're always doing work" he whined, I turned and kissed him before pulling back "i need to practice my number for the charity ball, remember?" I then walked off but he followed me.

We walked back into the living room where I had left my phone and homework "i wanna hear" he said before sitting on the couch "okay then" I went to my phone and brought up the song.

I practice it a good few time but I was begging to think Jason was getting bored "you can go if you want to" I said as I took the song back to the start "nahh, I like listing to your voice" he said as he got comfortable "oh okay" I quickly turned so he would see me blush. I went to sing again but brunce then shouted "get ready NOW" I didn't waste time and neither did Jason.

We were ready and away within 20 minutes. Turns out there was a break in at a chemical factory and some guards had been attacked, we were close by so I got my claws out "do you know who it is yet?" I asked but batman sighed "not sure, at least five villain escaped Arkham, so it could be any of them" he answered. I would be lying if I said I wasn't nervous, some of the bad guys really scared me but Jason held my hand "you okay?" he asked, I smiled before nodding "i'm fine" he kissed my hand before taking out two ear piece and handing me one to link up.

We got to the chemical factory, it seemed okay but then we saw the purple Lamborghini at the side of the building "oh great, it's them" I said as I placed my mask on. Jason looked before looking to batman "how should we go in, old man?" batman looked and saying he wanted us on the roof watching over, also to be ready and on the look out.

We made our way up the side of the building before finding the huge ceiling window, I leaned down as I saw jokers goons walking about "where's the happy couple" I asked but Jason didn't speak. I the noticed batman jumping in and out of the shadows. That's when I heard them, their laughs echoed throughout the whole factory "basy, basy, basy" Harley called out.

I looked to see them at a stand, they were right above a container of toxins, joker was wearing a red shirt which was slightly undone, he had a gun, Harley was in her red and black jester costume, she had a huge hammer at the side of her "Jason what should we-" I looked over to him, but he was gone, I looked around but saw him inside the factory "jeez jay, why are you such a pain" I whispered as I sneaked in as well.

(so things will go down in the next chapter, it involves some change to my oc. I'm not doing much but it is character building)
