We went to Filippa's house. It looked similary destroyed. So we took some useful things: a backpack, some clothes, food, money, a lighter, a light, a hat and a metal bar we could use as a weapon.
We went back to my house when we were finished looking through everything. I was thinking about this day. Everything is so strange. Maybe I will wake up and see that it was just a strange dream. Who knows.
"We should move somewhere else." I looked at her suprised. "You know, it isn't safe here. Look what happened to everyone. Mayne other cities are intact, and safe."
"You could be right-
"I'm always right" she interrupted me.
"PLESE BE QUIET! We just lost our parents and you are acting like a teenager!" I screamed at her
"I am one" she answered me. She was still calm, even after I screamed at her.
"Fine, but let me finish" she nodded and I continued "As I said, you could be right, it's not safe here, but I think we should just stay here a little longer to organize our things and decide where we should go. Sounds good?"
"Yes" she said
"Great, we can leave next morning. I think we should both get some sleep. Today was an exhausting day and we have a long day tomorrow too.
"Okay"
We cleanud up a part of the floor in the living room, took two pillows an two blankets (it was warm) to use as a bed. We lied down on a rug and put the blankets over ourselves. It really was difficult so we started talking instead.
"I'm sorry I was so harsh on you when you took Margaret, she was my favourite doll and you were my best friend so you shouldn't have stolen it." I said, And added "I forgive you"
"Thank you, maybe we should try to be friends again, don't you think?"she said "oh, and by the way I did not take your doll. I was jelous but I never would have stolen from my best friend."
"Don't start again" I told her "we want to start over, not have another argument."
"As you wish" she answered me "Now we really need to get some sleep, we have a long day tomorrow"
We fell quiet and tried to sleep but still couldn't do it. So I asked her:
"Are you asleep yet?"
"NO! I was almost asleep but you woke me up. Please be quiet!"
I tried to fall asleep but it was difficult. After about 10 minutes I heard her snoring. Not long after that I fell asleep too.
