I grabbed Arvendel and ran at him, but he had gotten closer to me after bolting my way, not allowing me to gather any speed.

His giant Mace slashed fiercely against my sword as I deflected the blow. His face overcome with anger.

Azog let out a battle cry as he swung again. I hit the attempt back, pushing his arms down to the ground.

He yelled as his mace flew at me. I jumped back, dodging the hit.

I swung again. He lifted his Mace as my sword closed in on him, blocking my attempt.

He lifted his arms in the air, angry he couldn't kill me, or injure me in the least.

I heard a sharp screech behind me as I glanced back quickly. Another Orc was running at me.

I lifted my right leg and kicked Azog in the upper body. He flew back as I turned and aimed my sword at the other Orc's chest. I began to run as he did, and swung, piercing his flesh, leaving him yelping and falling off the small cliff-like rock.

I turned to see Azog coming up again. His feet trudged on the uneven ground as he ran.

"My safety can not be assured." Thorin's words bounced in my head. This thought angered me. Angered me to the point where my breath became heavy, laboured. I took my anger out onto Azog as he closed in.

I swung, aiming at the Great Orc's chest. It reached victory as it hit his upper body leaving a gash. Blood dripped down his pale body, and he knelt to the ground, clutching the wound, and then letting out a blood-curdling screech. I glared at him as my face began twitching from the anger and pain.

But it was the end.

I thought that was the end. Azog was still knelt on the ground. I turned my back, hearing another blood curlding screech but no Orc, only to look back and see Azog wielding his Mace towards my left side. Throwing me off of the small cliff-like rock onto the ground seven feet below.
