Your Pov
You were in the locker room preparing for the homecoming game with all the other cheerleaders. You and your best friend (Y/BF/N) were lightly talking as you changed into your cheerleading uniforms when the caption walked in and started going on about how she was planning on going to homecoming with the one guy in school everyone wanted. You had always had a thing for Austin but you knew he would want someone more popular and pretty. It was ten minutes before you had to be outside to cheer the boys out onto the field so you had decided to go to the bathroom real quick. When you had just walked up to the door Austin had come out the boys locker room. You hadn't expected him to say anything to you so you just kept walking. You were just about to walk into the bathroom when you looked up and saw Austin looking at you. you just looked at him and smiled before walking into the bathroom.

It was down to the last few minutes of the game and you were on the sidelines with the rest of the girls cheering on the team as they tried to make one final play to win. You guys were down but 3 and needed one touchdown to win.
"Let's go let's go L-E-T-S-G-O" you guys cheered as they hiked the ball to Austin. He ran the ball straight into the end zone giving your team the points they needed to win. Everyone erupted in cheers as you all bolted onto the field to celebrate with the football team. You had just finished jumping and cheering with your friend when you saw Austin. He looked up at you and smiled before going back to celebrating with his teammates. After a few minutes everyone relaxed and packed up getting ready to leave. You had just finished packing up your stuff and were about to leave the locker room to find your best friend who was giving you a ride home when you get a text.
(Y/bf/n): Sorry that this is last minute but something came up and I can't take you home.
You couldn't help but think great just my luck. You walked out of the locker room and into the hall to see Austin standing there. You looked at him and smiled before turning to walk out the door.
"What no Hi" he said catching up to you as you walked towards the door.
"I didn't think you wanted to talk to me" You said honestly as you walked out the door that Austin was holding open for you.
"Why wouldn't I want to talk to you" he asked looking at you with a confused face.
"You know because you are the Austin Mahone and I'm just (Y/n)" you said looking at him with a small smile.
"You are not just (y/n) you are (y/n) the prettiest, smartest, nicest person I've ever met" he said looking into your eyes and smiling.
"Thanks Austin" you said not breaking eye contact with the handsome boy in front of you.
"So (y/n) I have a question for you" Austin said still looking at you. You just nodded your head for him to continue.
"I was sorta wondering if maybe you would go with me to homecoming" Austin said no longer looking you in the eyes. You couldn't help the smile on your face as you processes what he had just said. Austin looked back up at you still waiting for your answer you smiled at Austin and nodded your head yes causing him to smile.
"Yes" he said out loud as you just giggled at his happiness.
"Now I have a question for you Austin" you said looking at him as he stopped dancing around like a idiot.
"What's that" he said looking at you and smiling showing off his teeth.
"Do you think you can give me a ride home please" you asked giving him a puppy dog face.
"Usually girls don't ask me to come to their house until after the second date" He said with a wink. You couldn't help but laugh at his stupidity.
"But for you I will make an exception" he said as you two walked to his car. After he dropped you off at home he walked you to the door and kissed you on the cheek. that night after you had showered you get a text from Austin saying.
Austin<3: Can't wait to go to homecoming with you tomorrow. I'm gonna make all the guys jealous by having the best date. Goodnight (y/n) sleep tight!!!;)
With that you fell asleep with a giant smile on your face thinking about the homecoming dance tomorrow.
