he hated it. he hated seeing the love of his life crying, he could only be there to comfort her through the pain and hold her in this time of grief.

she sat on the counter as he stood between her legs, his arms secured around her, he could feel her tears soaking his shirt a bit but he didn't care.

"shhh. I've got you babygirl, its gonna be alright, you're gonna fine." he calmly tells her as he runs his hand through her hair, it made him choke up a bit seeing her this way, this was the first time he had ever seen her break down this way, he just remembers watching her as she answered her phone and watching her go from her beautiful smile to sobs and tears.

"look at me hun." he tells her as he wipes some of her tears, she sniffles as he places a kiss to her head and then his head onto hers.

"i know you're hurting and it'll take a few days for you to get back to yourself. just know that me and everyone else are here for you while you're going through this baby. i love you so much and you know that and it hurts me so much to watch you in pain like this." tears begin to form in his eyes and he can't help but let some slip from his.
He watches as she moves her hand to his face to wipe them as he gives her a sad smile and knowing she didn't have to say anything, he did know that was her way of telling him to not cry, he had to be strong for not only himself but for the beautiful girl sitting in front of him.

she sleeps. her eyes red and puffy from the crying, he carries her to their room and changes her into one of his shirts and some sweats and then puts her under the covers before he changes himself and then climbs into the bed next to her and pulls her close to him, he places a soft kiss to her dry tear stained cheek.

he closes his eyes and as he does he feels her turn and cuddle closer to him, he opens his eyes to see her facing him, her head in the crook of his neck as her arms are placed to his chest, she opens her sleepy eyes for a second.

"thank you, i love you so much." her raspy tired voice says before she closes her eyes again and falls into another deeps sleep, a sad smile forms to his lips before he places a kiss to her head.

"i love you more. sleep tight baby."
